Մոսկվայի քաղաքային դատարանը 3 ամսով երկարաձգել է Խաչատուրյան քույրերի կալանքը
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՄոսկվայի քաղաքային դատարանը երեք ամսով երկարաձգել է իրենց հոր սպանության մեջ մեղադրվող Խաչատուրյան քույրերի խափանման միջոցը: Ինչպես փոխանցում է РИА Новости-ն դատարանի դահլիճից, վճռի համաձայն՝ մինչև հոկտեմբերի 28-ը երկարաձգվում է որոշակի գործողությունների արգելքը:
Փաստաբան Ալեքսեյ Պարշինն ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր, որ քննությունն ստուգում է, թե արդյոք բռնաբարել է Միխայիլ Խաչատուրյանն իր դուստրերին: Պաշտպանի խոսքով՝ Խաչատուրյանի գործողություններն ստուգվում են ՌԴ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 117, 132 և 133 հոդվածներով նախատեսված հանցագործությունների՝ խոշտանգումների և սեռական հանցագործությունների առնչությամբ:
Հիշեցնենք, որ սպանությունը տեղի է ունեցել 2018 թվականի հուլիսի 27-ին: Հետաքննության տվյալներով՝ երեք քույրերը դանակահարել են հորը Մոսկվայի իրենց բնակարանում: Ձերբակալվածները գտնվել են քննչական մեկուսարանում, սակայն հետագայում նրանց նկատմամբ խափանման միջոցը մեղամացվել է և փոխարինվել «որոշակի գործություններ անելու արգելքով»:
2019-ի հունիսին քննությունը նրանց մեղադրանք է առաջադրել ամենածանր բնորոշմամբ՝ կանխամտածված սպանություն մի խումբ անձանց կողմից: Աղջիկներին սպառնում է 8-20 տարվա ազատազրկում:
Փաստաբանները հայտնել են, որ քննությունը մեղադրանքի որակավորումն անփոփոխ է թողել, թեև պարզվել է, որ քույրերն ապրել են «բազմամյա հոգեբանական ճնշված վիճակում»: Պաշտպանությունը նշում է, որ հայրը պարբերաբար ծեծի է ենթարկել աղջիկներին և սեռական բռնություն է գործադրել
