POLITICSՀուլիսի 23-ին ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետ, ոստիկանության գեներալ-մայոր Վալերի Օսիպյանը ոստիկանության Տավուշի մարզային վարչության եւ ենթակա բաժինների անձնակազմին ներկայացրեց վարչության նորանշանակ պետ, ոստիկանության գնդապետ Արմեն Գասպարյանին:
Արմեն Գասպարյանը ոստիկանության համակարգում ծառայում է շուրջ 23 տարի, զբաղեցրել է տարբեր պաշտոններ՝ օպերլիազորից մինչեւ մարզային վարչության պետ: Մինչ այս, զբաղեցնում էր ոստիկանության Արարատի մարզային վարչության պետի պաշտոնը:
ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետը շնորհակալություն հայտնեց վարչության պետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատարին ծառայության համար եւ վստահեցրեց, որ ոստիկանության Տավուշի մարզային վարչության անձնակազմը Արմեն Գասպարյանի ղեկավարությամբ էլ ավելի սրտացավ ու բարեխիղճ ծառայություն կիրականացնի:
Ոստիկանության գնդապետ Արմեն Գասպարյանը շնորհակալություն հայտնելով վստահության համար, հավաստիացրեց, որ վարչության անձնակազմը իր առջեւ դրված ցանկացած խնդիր կլուծի պատվով ու բարձր պատասխանատվությամբ:
Վալերի Օսիպյանը անդրադարձավ նաեւ վերջերս Տավուշում տեղի ունեցած դեպքերին: Նա եւս մեկ անգամ վերահաստատեց, որ պետության հետ վերջնագրերով խոսելն անթույլատրելի է: Իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է ապօրինի ծառահատումներին՝ ապա ոստիկանությունը շարունակում է ուժեղացված ծառայությունը, եւ բոլոր այն անձինք, որոնք կզբաղվեն ապօրինի ծառահատումներով, հայտնաբերվելու եւ ենթարկվելու են պատասխանատվության:
Ելույթ ունեցավ նաեւ Տավուշի մարզպետ Հայկ Չոբանյանը: Նա շնորհակալություն հայտնեց ոստիկանությանը բարեխիղճ ծառայության համար եւ պատրաստակամություն հայտնեց միասին պայքարելու հակաօրինական դրսեւորումների դեմ:
