Վերջին օրերին հայաստանյան իշխանական վերնախավը, վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի գլխավորությամբ և ֆինանսների փոխնախարար Պավլիկ Սաֆարյանի շուրթերով, շարունակում է սև թուղթ սփռել հանրության շրջանում, այն է՝ վատ ենք ապրելու, ժողովուրդ, պատրաստ լինենք...

Թերևս կարելի էր արտասվել իշխանական վերնախավի այս ցնցող անկեղծությունից ու հոգատարությունից, եթե պատահաբար չիմանայինք, որ պարտքերի ու վարկերի բեռի տակ թաղված պետության կառավարությունը հարյուրավոր միլիոն դրամներ է ծախսում կառավարական դահլիճների վերանորոգման ու կահ կարասի ձեռք բերելու համար, ավելացնում է առանց այն էլ դաս իս ֆանտաստիշի սահմանը հատած ծառայողական մեքենաների թիվը կամ, ասենք, մեկ միլիոն դրամ է հատկացնում իր Չինաստան այցելող պատվիրակության հետ կոնյակղրգելու համար:

Ինչպես տեսնում ենք՝ կոմֆորտ սիրող մեր կառավարիչների համար իրավիճակը ոչ մի կերպ ճգնաժամային չես համարի: Մինչ ֆինանսների փոխնախարար Պավլիկ Սաֆարյանը մեզ հիացնում է այն կանխատեսմամբ, որ նախատեսվում է պետական պարտքը հասցնել 5 միլիարդ դոլարի, այն է՝ ՀՆԱ–ի կեսին, մենք պադավատներ ենք բաշխում մեր հայրենանվեր պաշտոնյաներին, որոնց հետույքը դժվարությամբ կտեղաշարժվեր առանց թանկարժեք ավտոմեքենաների ու շոֆերի...

Այսքանից հետո մեր հայրենանվեր կառավարությունը պետք է թերևս պատասխանի մի պարզ, չափազանց պարզ հարցի՝ ինչու՞, ըստ ձեր կանխատեսումների, մենք պետք է ապրենք առավել վատ (գրողը տանի, թե սրանից վատ հնարավոր է ապրել), իսկ դուք՝ առավել հարմարավետ՝ ավելացնելով ձեր պադավատների և բազկաթոռների թիվը...

Ազնիվ չէ, պարոնայք...

Իսկ թե այս պարագայում ո՞րն է հոգեպես ավելի ազնիվ՝ ներկեք ինքներդ...
