Կաշառքի դիմաց թույլատրել են «սիգի» ապօրինի արդյունահանումը. ԱԱԾ բացահայտումը (տեսանյութ)
SOCIETYՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարին ուղղված իր գործառությունների իրականացման շրջանակներում ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների և քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտել է ՀՀ շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարության «Սևան ազգային պարկ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի մի շարք մասնաճյուղերի պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից պաշտոնական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու և կաշառք վերցնելու դեպքեր։
Ձեռք բերված նախնական տվյալների համաձայն՝ «Սևան ազգային պարկ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի «Վարդենիս», «Արևիկ» և «Սևան» մասնաճյուղերի տնօրենները և տեսուչները, շահադիտական նպատակներով, ի պաշտոնե լիազորված լինելով միջոցներ ձեռնարկել հսկողություն իրականացնելու ձկների ապօրինի արդյունահանումը բացառելու ուղղությամբ, մի խումբ քաղաքացիների թույլ են տվել ապօրինի արդյունահանել մեծ քանակությամբ «սիգ» տեսակի ձուկ՝ այդպիսով պետությանը պատճառելով խոշոր չափերի վնաս: Առգրավված ձուկն ամբողջությամբ տրամադրվել է Գեղարքունիքի մարզում գործող Վարդենիսի տուն-ինտերնատին և Սևանի հոգեբուժարանին։
Բացի այդ, նշված մասնաճյուղերից մեկի տնօրենը 2018-2019 թթ. ընթացքում տեղյակ լինելով իր վերահսկողության ներքո գտնվող մասնաճյուղի տարածքից ՀՀ քաղաքացու կողմից խճաքարի ապօրինի դուրս բերման և տեղափոխման մասին, որպես կաշառք մաս-մաս ստացել է տարբեր չափի գումարներ և չի կանխել ապօրինի գործողությունները:
Մեկ այլ դեպքով, մասնաճյուղի տնօրենը, նախնական համաձայնության գալով իր ենթակա պաշտոնատար անձի հետ, մասնաճյուղի սպասարկման տարածքից 2019 թ. հունիսին կաշառք գումարի դիմաց փայտանյութի ապօրինի հատման վերաբերյալ վարչական իրավախախտման արձանագրություն չի կազմել:
Առերևույթ հանցագործության դեպքերի առթիվ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում հարուցվել են քրեական գործեր՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի համապատասխան հոդվածներով:
