Ցանկացած մարդ էլ երբեմն զգում է զգայունության կորուստ ոտքերի և ձեռքերի շրջանում, ինչը զուգորդվում է թույլ ծակոցներով ու այրոցի զգացումով։ Այդ երևույթն առաջանում է արյան շրջանառության ժամանակավոր դադարի պատճառով, և դրանից ազատվելու համար պետք է պարզապես շարժվել կամ փոխել դիրքը։

1. Պարանոցային օստեոխոնդրոզ

 


Ողնաշարի պարանոցային հատվածի ցանկացած տեսակի շեղումները հանգեցնում են նշված հատվածի նյարդերի ճզմմանը, ինչն էլ իր հերթին դառնում է թմրության և ծակոցների պատճառ և կարող է գլխացավեր և կոորդինացիայի հետ խնդիրներ առաջացնել։

 

2. Բազմակի սկլերոզ

 

Քչերն են հասկանում, որ սկլերոզը ոչ թե մոռացկոտությունն է, այլ բավականին լուրջ հիվանդություն։ Գլխուղեղի և ողնուղերի նյարդային բջիջների վնասման հետևանքով տեղի է ունենում նեյրոնային իմպուլսների անցման խափանում։ Այդ դեպքում նվազում է զգայունությունը, և ձեռքերում ծակոցներ են զգացվում։

 

3. Թունելային սինդրոմ

 


Այս սինդրոմն առավել հաճախ հանդիպում է այն մարդկանց մոտ, ովքեր զբաղվում են ձեռքի միատոն աշխատանքով՝ ծրագրավորողներ, դերձակներ, երաժիշտներ։

Այս հիվանդությունը նույնպես թմրում է առաջացնում։ Թրոմբոզը դանդաղեցնում է արյան շրջանառությունը, ինչի պատճառով էլ խանգարվում է վերջույթների աշխատանքի համար անհրաժեշտ տարրերի մատակարարման գործընթացը։ Թրոմբոզը կարող է առաջացնել ծակոցներ, ջղաձգություններ, գանգրենա և նույնիսկ մահ՝ թրոմբի պոկման դեպքում։

 

5. Անիմեք և շաքարային դիաբետ

 

Այս հիվանդությունները շատ հաճախ ուղեկցվում են արյան շրջանառության խափանմամբ, ինչն առաջացնում է թմրում ու ծակոցներ։

 

6. Նևրալգիա

 

Ուսային հյուսվածքների նևրալգիան կամ շրջակա հյուսվածքների երկարաժամկետ բորբոքային վիճակը կարող են առաջացնել ցավի նոպաներ, որոնց հաջորդում են թմրածությունն ու ծակոցները։

 

7. Արյան ուղեղային շրջանառության խափանում (ինսուլտ)
