«Քաղաքի աղբը համաճարակի բուն է». բնապահպանն ահազանգում է
POLITICSՔաղաքում կուտակված աղբը կարող է համաճակի առաջացման պատճառ դառնալ: Այս մասին NEWS..am-ի հետ զրույցում Civil Voice ՀԿ անդամ, բնապահպան Սիլվա Ադամյանը` անդրադառնալով մայրքաղաքում աղբահանության հետ կապված խնդիրներին:
«Էս խայտառակությունը կարող է բերի շատ լուրջ իրավիճակի, տարբեր տեսակի համաճարակների բռնկման: Այս վիճակից շատացել են առնետները, իսկ առնետները չումայի կրող են, նաեւ համաճարակ կարող են տարածել թափառող շները, կաչաղակներն ու ագռավները: Քաղաքի աղբը համաճարակի բուն է»,-ասաց նա` նշելով, որ Առողջապահության նախարարությունը դեռ ոչ մի կերպ չի արձագանքում այս իրավիճակին:
Սիլվա Ադամյանի խոսքով` քաղաքապետարանը չունի աղբահանության մշակված քաղաքականություն եւ չի կարողանում աղբահանություն իրականացնել:
«Ամբողջ Երեւանը կորած է աղբի մեջ, քաղաքում չկա մի տեղ, որ մաքուր լինի, ամբողջ քաղաքն ուղղակի թաթախված է աղբի մեջ, էս իրավիճակում քաղաքապետարանն արձագանքում է հետեւյալ կերպ, եթե ինչ-որ մի տեղ հնարավոր է լինում մեքենա ուղարկել, հրապարակվում է, որ մաքրել են, բայց մեխանիզմը աղբահանության մշակված չէ, էդ մարդիկ չեն կարողանում աղբահանություն անել: Թե ինչ ֆինանսականն խնդիրներ ունեն «Սանիթեքի» հետ, «Սանիթեք»-ին փոխեցին, չփոխեցին, թե «Սանիթեք»-ն է իրանց դատի տալիս, դա արդեն քաղաացու խնդիրը չէ: Քաղաքապետարանը կոչված է հարկերի հաշվին մեզ ծառայելու, եթե իրանք մտածում են մեր շեֆերն են իրանք սխալվում են, վարչապետից քաղաքապետ կոչված են մեզ ծառայելու, այլապես ինչի համար են իրենք փող ստանում: Եթե չեք կարողանում ձեր տեղը զիջեք մի մարդու, ով կկարողանա կազմակերպել աղբահանությունը»,- հավելեց նա:
Նշենք, որ մայրաքաղաքում մեկ տարոից ավելի է, ինչ աղբահանությունը նորմալ չի կազմակերպվում, իրավիճակն ավելի է սրվում ամռանը` սաստիկ շոգերին:
