ECONOMICSԲարձր լարման տատանումների հետ կապված պետք է անվտանգության համակարգ ունենանք: Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ԱԺ «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» խմբակցության անդամ Միքայել Մելքումյանը` անդրադառնալով օրեր առաջ էներգետիկ համակարգում տեղի ունեցած վթարին:
«Բնականաբար դեռևս պետք է պարզվի մարդկային գործոնի դերը եղե՞լ է, թե ոչ, բայց ես կարծում եմ, որ պետք է այնպիսի սխեմա ունենանք էներգետիկ անվտանգության, որ տատանումները կործանարար ազդեցություններ չունենան և միանգամից արտադրող կայանները շարքից դուրս չգան, որովհետև այս դեպքում ազգային անվտանգության խնդիրներ են առաջանում, էներգետիկ անվտանգությունից հետո նաև կենսաապահովման համակարգեր կան»,- ասաց նա՝ ավելացնելով, որ Հայաստանին անհրաժեշտ է ռիսկերի կառավարման պատշաճ համակարգ:
Միքայել Մելքումյանը նշեց, որ չճշտված տեղեկությունների հիման վրա որևէ բան ասել չի կարող: «Եթե սա անորակ կառավարման, մարդկային գործոնի հետևանք է, որը դեռ պետք է պարզել, բնականաբար դա մեկ խնդիր է։ Երկրորդ՝ այն, որ համակարգն այնպիսին պետք է լինի, որ մարդկային գործոնը դեր չխաղա, լինի ավտոմատացված և երաշխավորված համակարգ, որ մեկ-երկու մարդու գործոնով չպայմանավորվի, դա էլ փաստ է: Մենք կարող ենք արձանագրել, որ անվտանգության համակարգի հետ կապված պետք է ռեալ երաշխիքներ ստանանք»,-ասաց նա:
Միքայել Մելքումյանի խոսքով՝ հաջորդ տարվանից Իրանի հետ բարձր լարման էլեկտրահաղորդման գծերի հզորությունները պետք է ավելացվեն և մոտավորապես եռապատկվի Իրանից ստացվող գազը, իսկ սա նշանակում է, որ երեք անգամ մեծ ծավալի հոսանք պետք է փոխանցենք Իրանին:
«Իսկ դա նշանակում է, որ տարբեր վթարների հավանականությունը կարող է մեծանա, եթե մենք համապատասխան միջոցառումներ չձեռնարկենք էներգետիկ անվտանգության վթարներից խուսափելու համար: Այլընտրանքային գազ ստանալը միայն դրական ազդեցություն կունենա ընդհանուր էներգետիկ համակարգի վրա: Որքան շատ մենք Իրանից գազ ստանանք, այնքան ավելի կշահենք»,-ասաց նա:
