Գիշերային հրավառություններ. 13 դիմում-բողոք Երևանում, միայն մեկը՝ մարզերում
SOCIETY«Վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ» ՀՀ օրենսգրքի 180-րդ հոդվածը սահմանում է, որ գիշերային ժամերին (ժամը 23։00-ից մինչև 07։00) հրագործական արտադրատեսակներ օգտագործելը առաջացնում է տուգանքի նշանակում` 100.000 դրամի չափով: Վարչական տույժի նշանակման օրվանից հետո մեկ տարվա ընթացքում կրկին կատարելն առաջացնում է տուգանքի նշանակում` 200.000 դրամի չափով:
Այդուամենայնիվ, այսօր էլ գիշերային ուշ ժամերին հաճախ կարելի է հանդիպել հրավառությունների: «Փաստ» օրաթերթը դիմել է ՀՀ ոստիկանություն՝ ճշտելու, թե վերջին 3 ամսվա ընթացքում քանի տնտեսվարող և քանի ֆիզիկական անձ է տուգանվել՝ օրենքի շրջանցմամբ գիշերային ժամերին հրավառություն իրականացնելու համար, ինչպիսի՞ն է քաղաքացիների ակտիվությունը՝ օրենքի շրջանցմամբ գիշերային ժամերին հրավառություն իրականացնելու վերաբերյալ բողոքներ ներկայացնելու առումով, Երևանի ո՞ր համայնքներն են առավել շատ աչքի ընկել օրենքի շրջանցմամբ հրավառություն իրականացնելու առումով:
ՀՀ ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապի և լրատվության վարչությունից «Փաստին» տեղեկացնում են, որ ըստ ՀՀ ոստիկանության ինֆորմացիոն կենտրոնի տվյալների՝ 2019 թ. երկրորդ եռամսյակի ընթացքում ՀՀ ՎԻՎ օրենսգրքի 180 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով ՀՀ ոստիկանության ստորաբաժանումների կողմից տուգանվել է 9 անձ։
«Նույն ժամանակահատվածում, գիշերային ժամերին, հրագործական արտադրատեսակներ օգտագործելու վերաբերյալ ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության ստորաբաժանումներում ստացվել է 13 դիմում-բողոք և ահազանգ, իսկ մարզային վարչությունները միասին վերցրած միայն 1 ահազանգ է գրանցվել ոստիկանության Գորիսի բաժնում, որի ընթացքը լուծվել է սահմանված կարգով։
Ըստ ՀՀ ոստիկանության ինֆորմացիոն կենտրոնի տվյալների՝ 2019 թ. երկրորդ եռամսյակի ընթացքում, Երևան քաղաքում, օրենքի շրջանցմամբ իրականացնելու առումով առավել աչքի ընկնող համայնքներն են՝ Կենտրոնը և Մարաշը, իսկ դիմում բողոքների առումով՝ առավել ակտիվ են Էրեբունու և Մաշտոցի վարչական շրջանները։
Վերահսկողության առկա մեխանիզմները բավարար են այդ արատավոր երևույթի դեմ պայքարելու համար, և ոստիկանությունը ձեռնարկում է համապատասխան միջոցառումներ, որոնք կրում են շարունակական բնույթ»,-նշվում է ոստիկանության պատասխանում։
