Շոու-բիզնեսի 20 ներկայացուցիչ վճարել է հարկեր. ՊԵԿ
POLITICSՀարկային մարմինն իրեն վերապահված լիազորությունների շրջանակներում ձեռնարկել է միջոցներ և իրականացրել համապատասխան աշխատանքներ, որոնց արդյունքում ձեռք են բերվել «Ստեղծագործական գործունեությամբ» զբաղված մի շարք քաղաքացիների կողմից իրականացված գործունեության վերաբերյալ տեղեկություններ:
Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հարցմանը..թե ինչ արդյունքներ կան շոու-բիզնեսին հարկային դաշտ բերելու առումով, ՊԵԿ-ից պատասխանել են :
«Նշված տեղեկությունների վերլուծության և իրացման գործընթացը շարունակվում է, իսկ առանձին դեպքերում` «Ստեղծագործական գործունեությամբ» զբաղված մի շարք քաղաքացիների կողմից ստացված և հարկային մարմնին հայտնի դարձած եկամուտներն արդեն իսկ հարկվել են:
Միաժամանակ տեղեկացնում եմ, որ հարկային հարաբերությունները կարգավորող իրավական ակտերի համատարած և ճիշտ կիրառության ապահովմանը ուղղված հարկային մարմնի կողմից իրականացվող գործողությունների ժամկետները ՀՀ օրենսդրությամբ սահմանափակված չեն և հետևաբար, այդ գործընթացը կրում է շարունակական բնույթ»:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ՊԵԿ-ի կողմից հայտարարվել է, որ շոու-բիզնեսի հարկման վերջնաժամկետն ապրիլի 20-ն է, որից հետո, եթե եկամուտները թաքցվեն, ՊԵԿ-ը կկիրառի վարչարարական գործիքներ:
