Եթե ցավը մոտավորապես իրանի բարձրությամբ ձախ կողմից է, դա կարող է խոսել երիկամային վարակի կամ երիկամներում քարի առկայության մասին: Եթե միզելիս էլ է ցավում, փորկապություն կա, ապա պարտադիր բժշկի դիմեք: Շատ հնարավոր է՝ երիկամային վարակ լինի:
Եթե ոչ, դա կարող է կապված լինել ողնաշարի գոտկատեղի մասի հետ:
2. Միջին կենտրոնական հատված
Եթե որովայնի կենտրոնում, պորտի շուրջը կամ մի քիչ վերև բութ ցավ ունեք, դա կարող է կույր աղիքի բորբոքման կամ պանկրեատիտի նշան լինել: Եթե ցավն ուժեղանում է, բժշկի դիմեք:
3. Որովայնի միջին աջ հատված
Եթե ցավն աջ կողմում է իրանի բարձրությամբ, դա կարող է երիկամների հետ կապված խնդիր լինել կամ կապված լինել փորկապության հետ: Պատճառը կաող է լինել նաև դիվերտիկուլիտը, երբ հաստ աղիքի պատերին կիստաներ են գոյանում:
