Օրեր տեւած օպերատիվ-հետախուզական տարաբնույթ միջոցառումների արդյունքում ոստիկանության Երեւան քաղաքի վարչության քրեական հետախուզության բաժնի ծառայողները ապօրինի թմրաշրջանառության մասին հերթական օպերատիվ տվյալները ստացան։ Ըստ տեղեկությունների ՝ Երեւանում ապրող 47-ամյա մի տղամարդ ապօրինի թմրամիջոց էր իրացնում, մասնավորապես՝ սուբուտեքս։ Տղամարդը վերցվեց ոստիկանների օպերատիվ տեսադաշտ։ Կազմակերպվեցին դարանակալումներ։ Քրեական հետախույզները քողարկված հետեւեցին նրա շարժին։ Հուլիսի 4-ին էլ ոստիկանության Երեւան քաղաքի վարչության քրեական հետախույզները, Քանաքեռ-Զեյթունի բաժնի գործընկերների հետ, տղամարդուն, մեքենայով հանդերձ, մայրաքաղաքի Երզնկյան փողոցից կասկածանքով բերման ենթարկեցին բաժին։

 

Նրա անձնական խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվեց «B8» գրառմամբ սուբուտեքսի երեք հաբ, որոնք փաթեթավորվեցին՝ հետագա գործողությունների համար։ Տարածքային նախաքննական մարմնում հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակներում դատարանի որոշմամբ խուզարկվեց նաեւ նրա բնակարանը։ Իրավապահները հայտնաբերեցին սուբուտեքսի նմանվող հաբեր, դեղնականաչավուն զանգված եւ օգտագործված ներարկիչներ։ 47-ամյա տղամարդուն մեղադրանք առաջադրվեց։ Դատարանի որոշմամբ նա կալանավորվեց ու տեղափոխվեց քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ։

 

Հետախուզական միջոցառումները շարունակվեցին։ Շուտով ոստիկանների տեսադաշտում հայտնվեցին անձինք, որոնք, ըստ տեղեկությունների՝ բերման ենթարկվածից թմրամիջոց էին գնել։ Արդյունքում՝ ոստիկանության Քանաքեռ-Զեյթունի բաժին կասկածանքով բերման ենթարկվեցին 46-ամյա երկու տղամարդ, որոնք Երեւանի բնակիչներ են։ Նրանց անձնական խուզարկությամբ եւս թմրամիջոցներ հայտնաբերվեցին։ Մեկի մոտից հաբի կտորներ, մյուսի՝ սպիտակավուն հեղուկով ներարկիչ։ Նրանց հայտնածով եւ՛ հաբի կտորները, եւ՛ հեղուկը սուբուտեքս են։ Նշանակվել են փորձաքննություններ։

 

Հետախուզական միջոցառումներն ու քննչական գործողությունները շարունակվում են։
