Ինչո՞վ է բացատրվում մրգերի բարձր գինը. գնաճն անխուսափելի՞ էր
INTERVIEWԴիտարկելով մրգերի շուկայում առկա գնային իրավիճակը, անգամ անզեն ու ոչ մասնագիտական աչքով հնարավոր կլինի եզրահանգում անել համեմատաբար բարձր գների մասին: Խոսքը հատկապես սեզոնային մրգերի, օրինակ՝ կեռասի, ծիրանի, բալի, խնձորի և մի շարք այլ տեսակների մասին է: Շուկայում ծիրան կարելի է գնել 500-1000 դրամով, կեռասը՝ 800-1000 դրամով, բալը` 800-900, խնձորը՝ 500600 և այլն: Խոսելով մրգի շուկայում գնային նման իրավիճակի շուրջ՝ «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում «Հայաստանի ագրարագյուղացիական միավորում» հ/կ նախագահ Հրաչ Բերբերյանը նշեց, որ այսօր տեսնում ենք այն պատկերը, որի վերաբերյալ կանխատեսումը հ/կ-ն դեռ երկու ամիս առաջ էր արել:
«Անցած տարվա համեմատ պտուղը 20-40 տոկոսով պակաս է: Պետք է կույր լինեին, որ հաշվի չառնելով նշվածը՝ հայտարարեին առատ ու ռեկորդային բերքի մասին»,-ասաց նա՝ նկատի ունենալով կառավարությանը:
«Իրականում ամեն ինչ շատ պարզ է. եթե արտադրանքը քիչ է, բնականաբար, գնաճն անխուսափելի էր: Ամենահաջող բերքը ելակի դեպքում էր: Այն անցած տարվա համեմատ գրեթե 50 տոկոսով մատչելի էր:
Մի փոքր ցածր էր կեռասի բերքը, բայց այն իրավիճակը չէր, որը կա ծիրանի դեպքում: Անցած տարվա համեմատ ծիրանի բերքն ահռելի պակաս է: Բացի այդ, այս տարվա ծիրանը այդքան էլ առողջ չէ: Նույնը դեղձին է սպասվում, խնձորին, տանձին: Խաղողի դեպքում էլ է նույն վտանգը կանխատեսվում: Այդ պատճառով դեռ երկու ամիս առաջ դիմել էինք ֆերմերներին, որ սրսկումներն անհապաղ անեն: Ով սրսկեց, բերքը որակով է»,-ասաց նա:
Հրաչ Բերբերյանի խոսքով, ծիրանի գինն այսօրվանից ավելի կբարձրանա. «Լավ, որակյալ ծիրանը մեծածախ շուկայում 1000 դրամից չիջավ, իսկ երեկ անգամ 1500 էր, մինչդեռ անցած տարի նույն ծիրանը 500 դրամով էինք գնում»,-ասաց նա:
Մեր զրուցակիցը նշեց, որ հուլիսի վերջին ծիրանի շուկայի պատկերն ավելի պարզ կլինի: Միևնույն ժամանակ նրա կանխատեսումները դրական չեն նաև արտահանման ոլորտի առումով. «Արտահանումը մոտ 30-40 տոկոսով պակաս է լինելու: Այսինքն, ոչ թե 50-55 հազար, այլ 30-35 հազար տոննա արտահանում է սպասվում: Սա իմ անձնական կարծիքն է, տեսնենք՝ ժամանակը ինչ ցույց կտա»:
Նա շեշտեց, որ վերոնշյալ իրավիճակը ավելի խորքային պատճառ ունի. «Վերջին 2-3 տարում, ընդհանուր առմամբ, տարբեր ուղղություններում գյուղատնտեսական լուրջ անկում ենք գրանցել: Եթե կառավարությունը դեմքով շուռ գա դեպի գյուղացին, մյուս տարի նման իրավիճակ չի լինի: Եթե ճիշտ քաղաքականություն վարեն, հաջորդ տարին բարենպաստ կլինի, բայց եթե ուզում են սմարթ գոմերով երկիր զարգացնել, չարաչար սխալվում են»:
