ANALYSISԱնցած տարվա հոկտեմբեր ամսին ելույթ ունենալով խորհրդարանում՝ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց, որ Սևանի հարցը իր համար Արցախի խնդրի նման է: Այն ժամանակ հանրությունը և բնապահպանները հավատացին վարչապետի անկեղծ խոսքերին, սակայն այսօր Սևանն արդեն ակնհայտորեն կանգնած է բնապահպանական աղետի առաջ: Կապուտաչյա գեղեցկուհին ծաղկում է՝ դառնալով կանաչաչյա: Սևանի ծաղկման պատճառներն է թվում. մեծ մասը մարդու գործունեության հետևանքն է։
Լճին կապատականաչավուն գույն հաղորդող ջրիմուռների տարածման գլխավոր պատճառներից մեկը Սևան թափվող կոյաջրերն են: Մինչդեռ կառավարության դեռևս 2006 թվականի որոշմամբ՝ Սևանի հարակից տարածքների բնակավայրերից և օբյեկտներից դուրս եկող և լիճ թափվող կոյաջրերը պետք է կենսաբանական մաքրման ենթարկվեն։ Այսինքն՝ նույն լճի ափին գործող ռեստորաններում կոյաջրեր մաքրող կենսաբանական կայաններ պետք է լինեն։ Ինչպես երևում է, չեն տեղադրել և չեն էլ պատրաստվում, իսկ բնապահպանության նախարարությունը նոր Հայաստանում էլ շարունակում է իրավիճակին նայել մատների արանքով: Իհարկե, հասկանալի է, որ բնապահպանության նախարարը շատ ավելի լուրջ և կարևոր խնդիրներ ունի լուծելու, օրինակ՝ Լիդիանի լոբբինգը, և նա ֆիզիկապես պարզապես չի հասցնում կատարել իր բուն պարտականությունները:
Հետաքրքիր է՝ արդյոք Սևանի հարցը Արցախի խնդրի չափ կարևորողները տեղյակ են, որ վերջին անգամ լիճը մաքրվել է իրենց կողմից հետախուզվող Բուլկի Արամի՝ բնապահպանության նախկին նախարար Արամ Հարությունյանի ղեկավարման տարիներին: Ի՞նչ էր խանգարում Էրիկ Գրիգորյանին նմանատիպ մի միջոցառում կազմակերպել, վստահ ենք՝ այդ ակցիային կմիանային նաև մեծ թվով կամավորներ, մարդիկ ում համար Սևանի հարցը կարևոր է իրականում, ոչ թե կազմակերպված շոուների շրջանակում: Ի՞նչ էր խանգարում տուգանել այն օբյեկտների սեփականատերերին, ովքեր օր օրի իրենց հակաօրինական գործողություններով իրավիճակը հասցրել են բնապահպանական աղետի: Թերևս ոչինչ էլ չէր խանգարում: Այս պարագայում կարելի է ենթադրել, որ Սևանի կործանումը միտումնավոր քայլ է. չի լինի լիճը, չեն լինի խնդիրներ, հետևաբար կարող են շահագործվել ցանկացած օբյեկտներ, առավել ևս՝ հանքեր...
