Մեր կարեւորագույն նպատակներից է ապահովել ԱՀ իշխանությունների ներգրավածությունը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման գործընթացին: Այս  մասին  ԱՀ   նախագահի  հետ  հանդիպումից  հետո   «Արցախպրես»-ի  թղթակցի  հետ  զրույցում  ասել է  Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտգործնախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը՝  նշելով, որ հարցը  վերաբերում  է  Լեռնային  Ղարաբաղի   բնակչության  անվտանգությանը:

 

«Լեռնային   Ղարաբաղը  քաղաքական  միավոր  է, որն  ունի    բնակչության  կողմից  ընտրված   իր  իշխանությունները: Սեփականության   զգացումի   ամրապնդումը  բանակցային    խաղաղ   գործընթացի  կոնտեքստում   բոլորիս  համար   կարեւոր   հարց  է:  Այդ  կոնտեքստի  շրջանակներում եմ  ես  այսօր  Արցախում: Անհրաժեշտ  է, որ շարունակվի  երկխոսությունը  Լեռնային  Ղարաբաղի  իշխանությունների  հետ: Բանակցային   խաղաղ   գործընթացը   շարունակաբար   տեղի  է  ունենում, եւ   այդ  առումով  ՀՀ-ը, որպես  այդ  գործընթացի  մասնակից,  երբեք  չի  հապաղել   ու  չի  դանդարեցրել   բանակցային գործընթացը:  Լեռնային  Ղարաբաղի  հիմնահարցը  մեզ  համար    եղել  եւ  մնում  է    կարեւորագույն  գերխնդիր: Լեռնային  Ղարաբաղի   բնակչության  էքզիստենցիալ   անվտանգությունից  է  բխում    ԼՂ  ստատուսի  հարցը: Արցախի 150  հազար  բնակիչները  ողջ  հայության  ինքնության պահապաններն  են»,-մասնավորապես  ասել է  Զ. Մնացականյանը:

 

 

Նա  տեղեկացրել է նաեւ, որ   վաղը՝  հուլիսի  5-ին, ինքը  հանդիպում է   ունենալու  նաեւ  ԱՀ  արտաքին  գործերի  նախարար  Մասիս  Մայիլյանի  հետ:
