Երկուսը հրաժարվել են, մեկը չի արձագանքել. սակագները կհամահավասարեցվեն
POLITICSՕրերս «Փաստը» գրել էր, որ արտերկրում ռոումինգի շահավետ պայմանները, կարծես թե, չեն գործում Արցախի պարագայում: Պարզել էինք, որ Արցախում գտնվելիս պետք է պատրաստ լինենք մուտքային և ելքային զանգերի համար վճարել 38-45 դրամ: Հիշեցնենք, որ մեկ տարի առաջ Արցախի նախկին պետնախարարը դիմել էր ՀՀ-ում գործող երեք օպերատորներին՝ Արցախում ևս կապի և հեռահաղորդակցության ոլորտում ծառայություններ մատուցելու առաջարկով:
«Փաստը» որոշեց պարզել, թե ինչ քայլեր են ձեռնարկվել անցած մեկ տարվա ընթացքում, արդյոք արձագանքե՞լ են հայաստանյան օպերատորներն Արցախի իշխանությունների առաջարկին:
Արցախի Հանրապետության հանրային ծառայությունները և տնտեսական մրցակցությունը կարգավորող պետական հանձնաժողովից, ի պատասխան «Փաստի» հարցադրումներին, նշեցին, որ հայաստանյան օպերատորներից երկուսը՝ «ՄՏՍ Հայաստան» (Վիվասել) և «ՎԵՈՆ Արմենիա» (Բիլայն) ընկերությունները, նման ցանկություն չեն հայտնել՝ պատճառաբանելով հայաստանյան հեռահաղորդակցության շուկայում նոր ներդրումների իրականացման անհրաժեշտության առկայությամբ, իսկ երրորդն ընդհանրապես չի արձագանքել վերը նշված գրությանը: Միևնույն ժամանակ նշվում է, որ արցախյան հեռահաղորդակցության ոլորտում տեղի ունեցած գործընթացների արդյունքում հետվճարային համարների բաժանորդավճարը նվազել է 50%-ով:
Բացի դա, 2019 թվականի հունիսի 25-26-ը անցկացվել են քննարկումներ ԱՀ և ՀՀ կապի օպերատորների միջև գործող ռոումինգ ծառայության սակագնի նվազեցման շրջանակներում: Որպես առաջին քայլ որոշվել է 2019 թվականի օգոստոսի 1-ից բոլոր օպերատորների ռոումինգի սակագները համահավասարեցնել:
