POLITICSԱտենախոսությունների գրագողության թեման վերջին շրջանում ամենաակտիվ քննարկվածներից է, ընդհուպ՝ ԱԺ-ում քննարկումներ ծավալվեցին դատավորներից մեկի՝ 17 էջանոց «պլագիատի» թեմայով: Հարցը, սակայն, կարծես նորանոր անձանց է «ընդգրկում»:
«Փաստ» թերթի հավաստի տեղեկություններով, օրերս բարձրագույն որակավորման կոմիտեին են ներկայացվել փաստեր մասնավորաբար Հայաստանի պետական տնտեսագիտական համալսարանի ռեկտորի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Ռուբեն Հայրապետյանի «Մասնակցային կառավարման զարգացման ուղղությունները տեղական ինքնակառավարման համակարգում» դոկտորական ատենախոսության մեջ ընդհանուր առմամբ մոտ 60 էջ «copypaste»-ի վերաբերյալ: Թե ինչ ընթացք է տրվել ԲՈԿ-ում, առայժմ պարզել չհաջողվեց: Ի դեպ, մեր աղբյուրների հավաստմամբ, նույն ատենախոսության հետ կապված՝ «գրագողության, զեղծարարության և կեղծիքների» առումով դիմումներ կան նաև իրավապահ մարմիններում:
