Վրաստանում ձերբակալել են Մոսկվա-Երեւան չարաբաստիկ երթուղու ուղեւորին
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՀայկական «Ավազար բուս» (Մոսկվա-Երեւան) ավտոբուսի վարորդին Վրաստանում ազատ են արձակել կալանքից։ Սակայն իշխանությունները կալանել են նույն երթուղու ուղեւոր Վաղարշակ Հովսեփյանին։ Այս մասին ասել է վարորդի փաստաբան Գոչա Թեդիաշվիլին, տեղեկացնում է Sputnik Արմենիան։
Հունիսի 22-ին Մոսկվայից դուրս եկած ավտոբուսը հատել է ռուսական սահմանը, բայց վրացի սահմանապահները նրան չեն թողել անցնել, քանի որ սրահում հայտնաբերվել է արգելված ապրանք։ Մասնավորապես, գիրոսկուտերում գտել են մոտավորապես կես կիլոգրամ թմրանյութ։
Արդյունքում՝ ուղեւորներին բերել են Երեւան մեկ այլ ավտոբուսով։ Կալանված ավտոբուսը մնաց սահմանին։ Հունիսի 25-ին հայտնի դարձավ, որ վարորդներից մեկին ձերբակալել են։ Նա գտնվում էր Մցխեթ քաղաքի քննչական մեկուսարանում։ Երկրորդ վարորդի եւ կասկածվող ուղեւորի անձնագրերը վերցրել էին, որպեսզի նրանք չհեռանան Վրաստանից մինչեւ հետաքննության ավարտը։
«Ձերբակալված վարորդին բաց են թողել, բայց ձերբակալել են ուղեւորներից մեկին՝ առաքչին, որն ուղեկցում էր բեռը։ Դատախազությունը վարորդի դեմ ոչինչ չգտավ»,- նշել է Թեդիաշվիլին։
Փաստաբանի խոսքով՝ վարորդները դեռեւս գտնվում են Թբիլիսիում, քանի որ վրացական կողմը նրանց անձնագրերը դեռ չի տվել, որպեսզի նրանք կարողանան վերադառնալ հայրենիք։ Փաստաբանն անում է ամեն ինչ, որպեսզի փաստաթղթերի հետ կապված հարցը լուծվի։
