ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանը իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրառում է կատարել. 

«Զրո հանդուրժողականություն սեռական և ընտանեկան բռնությանը։

Չեխ աղջկա պատմությամբ սկսված և վերջին օրերին Լյուսի Քոչարյանի միջոցով բարձրաձայնվող սեռական բռնությունների մասին պատմությունները սարսափեցնող են։

Հատկապես սարսափեցնող են մանկահասակ երեխաների նկատմամբ և ընտանիքի ներսում կատարվող բռնության դեպքերը։

Իհարկե հիասթափեցնող են բռնության զոհերին մեղադրող և բռնարարներին արդարացնող ստոր մեկնաբանությունները, սակայն մենք բոլորս պետք է հասկանանք, որ պարտավոր ենք անցնելու ավելի հասուն, բռնության նկատմամբ զրո հանդուրժողականություն ունեցող հասարակություն ունենալու ճանապարհը։

Հատկապես կանանց ու աղջիկների նկատմամբ այս բռնությունների արմատները շատ խորն են, նույնիսկ ավանդութային և մշակութային։

Բռնությունն այս սկսվում է դեռ ներարգանդային կյանքում, երբ մայրը կամ հայրը սկսում են մտածել հղիությունը ընդհատելու մասին, քանի որ պտուղը իգական սեռի է։ Հետո այդ բռնությունը շարունակվում է սեփական աղջիկ երեխաներին տղա երեխաներից տարբերակելով, վերջիններիս ամեն բան թողնելով, մյուսներին արգելելով։ Բռնությունն այդ սնում են հենց զոհերի ծնողները, ովքեր դեռ մանկուց ճնշում են արտահայտվելու և պաշտպանվելու նրանց իրավունքը։

Եվ այստեղ պետությունն անելիք ունի՝ ընտանեկան և սեռական բռնության կանխարգելման և բռնության զոհերի պաշտպանության հարցում։ Անելիք ունի բռնարարներին արժանի պատժի ենթարկելու հարցում։ Անելիք ունի մանկապարտեզներից ու դպրոցներից սկսած կանանց դերը բարձրացնող կրթություն ու դաստիարակություն տալու հարցում։ Անելիք ունի բոլոր երեխաներին՝ պաշտպանվելու համար անհրաժեշտ գիտելիքներով և հմտություններով օժտելու հարցում։

Այսպես այլևս չի կարող շարունակվել, մենք պետք է փոխվենք։ Ներսից դուրս և դրսից ներս»։
