Աղբահանությունն անմխիթար վիճակում է: Աղբահանության պատշաճ իրականացման համար ուղիղ համեմատական մեծություններ են աղբահանող տեխնիկան ու դրա որակը: Այսօր աղբահանության որակի կտրուկ անկումը պայմանավորված է «Սանիտեք» ընկերության կողմից շահագործվող տեխնիկայի քանակի գնալով նվազմամբ ու վերջին օրերին ավելի կտրուկ նվազմամբ:
Այս մասին այսօր «Ազատության» ֆեյսբուքյան ասուլիսի ժամանակ ասաց Երևանի փոխքաղաքապետ Հայկ Սարգսյանը:
«Շրջայցի մեկնող մեքենաների թիվը կտրուկ նվազել է դրանց խափանումների պատճառով, և մինչ մեր կողմից արդեն պատվիրված 34 մեքենաները կլինեն Երևանում, դրանք արդեն ուղևորման փուլում են, հավանաբար մինչև հուլիսի վերջ ամբողջ խմբաքանակից մի ահագին հատված կունենանք Երևանում, որոնք հասնելու հաջորդ օրը կներդրվեն շրջանառության մեջ, կաջակցեն «Սանիտեքին», մինչ կհասկանանք, թե «Սանիտեքի» գործառույթները դեպի ուր են տանում իրենց»,-ասաց Հայկ Սարգսյանը:
Հարցին, թե «Սանիտեքի» հետ պայմանագիրը խզել հնարավոր է, փոխքաղաքապետն ասաց, որ ամեն ինչ հնարավոր է, բայց մինչ այդ պետք է հաշվարկել դրանց արժեքն ու հետևանքը:
«Այսօր խզելու դեպքում մենք ունենք մեծ ռիսկ, որովհետև մենք դեռ չունենք մեր աղբահան մեքենաները: Ինչ է տեղի ունենում, եթե խզենք պայմանագիրը, այդ 12 մեքենաներն էլ դուրս չեն գա քաղաք, մեր պատվիրած մեքենաներն էլ դեռ չեն հասնում, և մենք կունենանք ավելի վատ իրավիճակ»,-ասաց նա:
Հարցին, թե 34 մեքենաները գան, հնարավոր կլինի՞ խզել պայմանագիրը, փոխքաղաքապետն ասաց, որ հնարավոր է ինչպես և այսօր, բայց 34 մեքենաների առկայության դեպքում պայմանագրի խզման հետևանքները շատ ավելի մեղմ կլինեն:
Նա ասաց, որ այդ 34 մեքենաների առկայության դեպքում, ինչպես նաև քաղաքապետարանի կողմից ձևավորված բյուջետային հիմնարկի ամբողջությամբ գործածության դեպքում բավական լավ աղբահանություն կունենան, պլանը կա:
Հարցին, թե կոնկրետ Կենտրոն համայնքում երաշխավորում են, որ բազմաբնակարան շենքերում առնետներ չեն լինելու կամ չեն բուրելու, ասաց, որ եթե այս ամառվա մասին է, ապա դա այս ամառ երաշխավորելը դժվար է:
Դիտարկմանը, թե ավագանու ընդդիմադիր խմբակցություններն ասում են, որ ավագանու անդամները մանդատները չեն օգտագործում, և քաղաքային նոր իշխանության գործողությունները բացասական են գնահատում, Հայկ Սարգսյանն ասաց, որ առանց բացառության բոլոր ավագանու նիստերին ներկա է եղել, և բոլոր նիստերն ունեցել են քվորում, հանձնաժողովների նիստերին ներկա է լինում, երբ իր կառավարմանը ենթակա հարցեր են քննարկվում:
