«Այդ արարքներին Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն իրականում որևէ առնչություն չունի»
SOCIETYՕրեր առաջ ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունը հաղորդագրություն էր տարածել, ուր նշված էր, թե Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի վերաբերյալ քրեական գործով բացահայտվել են ապօրինի ճանապարհով 15 հողատարածք վաճառելու դեպքեր, ինչպես նաև, որ մի շարք անձանց վերաբերյալ որոշումներ են կայացվել քրեական հետապնդում չիրականացնելու մասին: «Փաստ» օրաթերթը դիմեց Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի փաստաբանական խմբի ղեկավար Երեմ Սարգսյանին՝ հստակեցնելու, թե ինչի մասին է խոսքը:
«Նախ՝ հարկ եմ համարում նշել, որ ճիշտ չեմ համարում հատուկ քննչական ծառայության պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության ձևակերպումը, որում հայտնվում է որոշ անձանց կողմից ենթադրյալ հանցավոր արարքներ կատարելու դեպքերի բացահայտման մասին, որոնց հետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն իրականում որևէ առնչություն չունի, սակայն հաղորդագրության ձևակերպումից այն կարդացող անձինք կարող են պատկերացում կազմել, թե իբր այդ արարքներին Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն ուղղակի առնչություն ունի: Ես չգիտեմ, թե այդ հողատարածքները կոնկրետ ովքեր են ձեռք բերել, սակայն մի բան կարող եմ հստակ նշել, որ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի ընտանիքի անդամների և ազգականների կողմից այդ հողատարածքների օտարման գործընթացի հետ կապված որևէ հանցավոր գործողություն չի կատարվել, և նրանց նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդում չիրականացնելու մասին որոշումներ չեն կայացվել»,- ասաց Ե. Սարգսյանը:
