Ահազանգ իշխանություններին. Արճիս համայնքի բնակչները փակել են միջպետական ճանապարհը
SOCIETYՏավուշի մարզի Արճիս համայնքի բնակիչները վաղ առավոտից փակել են Բագատաշեն-Ալավերդի միջպետական ճանապարհը: Գյուղի բնակիչները երկար տարիներ զրկված են խմելու ջրից, բայց այս տարի վիճակն է՛լ ավելի է սրվել:
Ցամաքել են գյուղի բոլոր աղբյուրները: Գյուղի ծայրին գտնվող մի աղբյուր է մնացել, սակայն ջուրը չի բավարարում գյուղի բոլոր բնակիչներին: Մարդիկ առավոտից երեկո հերթ են կանգնում, որ կարողանան յուրաքանչյուր ընտանիքին գոնե 20 լիտր ջրով ապահովել:
Նման ձևով առման տապին ապրել այլևս հնարավոր չէ: Վիճակը գնալով օրհասական է դառնում, սակայն խնդիրը, այս պահի դրությամբ մնացել է օդում կախված: Վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Դավիթ Վերանյանը Orer.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ օր-օրի սրվում է համայնքի խմելու ջրի խնդիրը: Գյուղացիները ամռան այս սեզոնին ստիպված են բան ու գործը թողած գյուղի մոտակայքում գտնվող աղբյուրից ջուրը մի կերպ տուն հասցնել:
«Խորհրդային Միության փլուզումից հետո համայնքը զրկված է եղել խմելու ջրից: Այս տարի էլ բավական բարդ տարի էր, ո՛չ ձյուն եկավ, ո՛չ էլ անձրև: Գյուղի աղբյուրները ցամաքել են, ժողովուրդն այլևս չի դիմանում այս վիճակին: Ստիպված որոշել են փակել միջպետական ճանապարհը»,- ասաց Դ. Վերանյանը:
Մեր տեղեկություններով խնդրի մասին տեղյակ են Տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարությունում: Նույնիսկ վստահեցրել են, որ խնդրին լուծում է տրվելու, բայց, փաստորեն, մինչ այս պահը սայլը տեղից չի շարժվում:
«Այս վիճակով բնակիչները չեն կարողանա ամառվա այս տապին գոյատևել: Մարդիկ խմելու, լվացվելու ջուր չունեն: Տարբեր տեղերից, իրենց բարեկամների տներից կանեստրներով ջուր են կրում, բայց այս վիճակով ինչքա՞ն կարող են ապրել»,- ասաց Դ. Վերանյանը:
«Վեոլիա ջուր» ընկերության կողմից շահագործվող ջրագիծն անցնում է գյուղի միջով և այդտեղից մինչև օրական կարգավորման ջրավազան երկու կիլոմետր է: Հարցը լուծելու համար հարկավոր է նոր պոմպակայան կառուցել և մոտ 2 կմ խողովակաշարով ջուրը հասցնել բնակավայր, սակայն ընկերությունը իր սպասարկման աշխարհագրությունը չի ցանկանում ընդլայնել և նոր բնակավայրերը ջրով ապահովելու պատասխանատվությունն իր վրա վերցնել:
