Անհայտ դիպուկահարները կրակել են խաղաղ քաղաքացիների եւ հատուկջոկատայինների ուղղությամբ Սուդանի մայրաքաղաք Խարթումում ցույցի ժամանակ, հաղորդում է ՌԻԱ Նովոստի-ն՝ հղում կատարելով «Ալ Արաբիա» հեռուստաալիքին:

 

Այդ մասին հայտնել է Սուդանի Անցումային ռազմական խորհրդի ղեկավարի տեղակալ Մուհամադ Համդան Դեքլոն:

 

Դեքլոյի խոսքով՝ դիպուկահարները կրակել էն սուդանցի երեք հատուկջոկատայինների եւ վեց խաղաղ քաղաքացիների ուղղությամբ ռազմական հոսպիտալի եւ երիտասարդական կենտրոնի շենքի մոտ: Դեքլոն հույս է հայտնել, որ դիպուկահարները կձերբակալվեն եւ կդատապարտվեն:

 

Սուդանում ռազմական հեղաշրջումը տեղի էր ունեցել ապրիլի 11-ին չորս ամիս տեւած ժողովրդական ցույցերի ֆոնին: Նախագահ Օմար ալ Բաշիրը հեռացվել էր իշխանությունից, իսկ ավելի ուշ՝ բանտարկվել: Իշխանությունը ստանձնել էր բանակի կողմից ձեւավորված անցումային ռազմական խորհուրդը, որը հայտարարել էր, որ երկու տարվա ընթացքում փոխանցելու է երկրի կառավարումն ընտրված իշխանություններին: Սակայն ժողովրդական բողոքի ցույցերը, չնայած զինվորականների խոստումներին, չեն դադարում: Ցուցարարները պահանջում են անհապաղ ձեւավորել քաղաքացիական կառավարական մարմին եւ փոխանցել նրան իշխանական բոլոր լիազորությունները:

 

Սուդանի մայրաքաղաքում եւ ընդհանուր առմամբ երկրում իրավիճակը սրվել էր հունիսի 3-ին, երբ Սուդանի զինվորականները ցրել էին Խարթումում վրանային ճամբարի մի մասը: Բախումների հետեւանքով զոհվել էին տասնյակ մարդիկ: Ընդդիմությունը պատասխանել էր զինվորականներին գործադուլի միջոցով եւ կազմակերպել անհնազանդության ակցիաներ՝ կոչ անելով հնարավորինս արագ փոխանցել իշխանությունը քաղաքացիական կառավարությանը:
