Հայաստանն արդեն իսկ միջազգային զբոսաշրջության կենտրոններից է` իր բազմաթիվ եկեղեցիներով, մշակութային կոթողներով: Այս մասին ԱՄՆ միջազգային զարգացման գործակալության (ԱՄՆ ՄԶԳ) և Սմիթսոնյան ինստիտուտի համագործակցությամբ ազդարարված «Իմ Հայաստանը» ծրագրի մեկնարկին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց Սմիթսոնյան ինստիտուտի միջազգային կապերի գրասենյակի ավագ խորհրդատու Հալի Բաթվինը:
«Բացի այս ժառանգությունից, կան ոչ նյութական, ոչ շոշափելի մշակութայի աժեքներ, ինչպիսիք են երաժշտությունը, պարը, խոհանոցը, արհեստագործությունը, և դրանք համադրելով կարելի է զբոսաշրջիկների համար շատ հետարքրիր առօրյա և ժամանց ապահովել»,-նշեց նա:
Սմիթսոնյան ինստիտուտի միջազգային կապերի գրասենյակի ավագ խորհրդատուի խոսքով` «Իմ Հայաստանը» ծրագրի շրջանակում իրենք նպատակ ունեն նպաստել մեր երկրում զբոսաշրջության զարգացմանը:
«Հիմնական շեշտադրումը մշակութային զբոսաշրջությունն է: Նման բնույթի աշխատանքներ տարբեր երկրներում ենք իրականացնում»,-նշեց Բաթվինը:
ԱՄՆ միջազգային զարգացման գործակալության հայաստանյան գրասենյակի տնօրեն Քերեն Հիլիարդըն ընդգծեց, որ ԱՄՆ ՄԶԳ-ն ուզում է, որ Հայաստանը լինի զբոսաշրջության առաջնակարգ կենտրոն:
«Ներկայումս Հայաստան ժամանած զբոսաշրջիկները հիմնականում ժամանակն անցկացնում են Երևանում, ինչը նշանակում է, որ զբոսաշրջության արդյունքում ձևավորվող օգուտները մարզային բնակչության համար գրեթե հասանելի չեն: Այս ծրագրի շրջանակում նպատակ կա ձևավորել զբոսաշրջային վայրերի շղթա: Մենք ուզում ենք, որ ավելի շատ զբոսաշրջիկներ գան, ավելի երկար մնան և ավելի շատ գումար ծախսեն այստեղ»,-նշեց նա:
Նոյեմբերի 20-ին ԱՄՆ ՄԶԳ և Սմիթսոնյան ինստիտուտը ազդարարեցին «Իմ Հայաստանը» ծրագրի մեկնարկի մասին: Ծրագրի նպատակն է զարգացնել և ընդլայնել մշակութային զբոսաշրջությունը Հայաստանիմարզերում: Ծրագրի անձնակազմը վերապատրաստման դասընթացների, ծրագրերի մշակման, համայնքների ներգրավման, փաստա գրման և այլ միջոցներով կաշխատի հայաստանյան գործընկերների հետ`մշակութային ժառանգությունը պահպանելու նպատակով նոր ռազմավարություններ մշակելու համար: Ծրագիրը կնսպաստի երկրի գյուղական համայքների զարգացմանը և կբարձրացնի Հայաստանի մասինիրազեկվածությունը միջազգային շուկաներում:
