ՈՒՂԻՂ. Երեւանի ավագանին նիստ է հրավիրել. օրակարգում 9 հարց է
VIDEOԵրեւանի ավագանին այսօր՝ հունիսի 26-ին նիստ է հրավիրել, որի օրակարգում ընդգրկված է 9 հարց:
Օարակրգի հարցերը հետեւյալն են.
1. Երեւանի ավագանու 2-րդ նստաշրջանի 5-րդ նիստի օրակարգը հաստատելու մասին:
2. Սողոմոն Բալյանի հիշատակը հավերժացնող հուշատախտակի տեղադրման մասին:
3. Երեւան համայնքի սեփականություն համարվող 50 տոկոսից ավելի բաժնեմաս ունեցող փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերությունների կողմից 2018 թվականի տարեկան գործունեության արդյունքներով առաջացած զուտ շահույթի բաշխման ուղղությունները եւ Երեւանի բյուջե վճարման ենթակա շահութաբաժինների չափերը հաստատելու մասին:
4. «Երեւանտրանս» եւ «Ձեւավորում» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերությունների կողմից 2017 թվականի տնտեսական գործունեության արդյունքներով հաշվարկված շահութաբաժինների վճարումը Երեւանի բյուջե սահմանված ժամկետում չկատարելու համար տոկոսների հաշվարկումից ու վճարումից ազատելու մասին:
5. Երեւանի Աջափնյակ թաղային համայնքի ավագանու 2009 թվականի ապրիլի 2-ի N38 որոշումն անվավեր ճանաչելու մասին:
6. Երեւան համայնքի կամավոր խնդիրները եւ սոցիալական աջակցության չափորոշիչները սահմանելու, կամավոր խնդիրների լուծման նպատակով Երեւանի քաղաքապետի սեփական լիազորությունների իրականացման եւ դրանց համար անհրաժեշտ ֆինանսական միջոցների հատկացման կարգը հաստատելու մասին:
7. Երեւան համայնքի սեփականություն համարվող Չեխովի փողոցի հ.24 շենքի հ.11 բնակարանն անհատույց օտարելու մասին:
8. Երեւան համայնքի սեփականություն համարվող բնակարանն անհատույց օտարելու մասին:
9. Երեւան քաղաքի ավագանու 2011 թվականի փետրվարի 8-ի N182-Ն որոշման մեջ լրացում կատարելու մասին:
