POLITICSՕրերս ՀՀ կառավարությունը հավանություն է տվել օրենքի նախագծի, որի ընդունման արդյունքում հանրապետությունում կներդրվի անշարժ գույքի միասնական գնահատման և հարկման համակարգը: Նախագծի փաթեթն առաջիկայում կուղարկվի Ազգային ժողով
Նախատեսվող փոփոխությունների արդյունքում զգալիորեն կբարձրանա գույքահարկը: «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում տնտեսական զարգացման նախաձեռնությունների կենտրոնի փորձագետ Աննա Մակարյանը նշեց, որ անշարժ գույքի հարկի բարձրացումը կազդի յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացու վրա. հատկապես խոցելի կլինի աղքատ խավը, ինչպես նաև տնային այն տնտեսությունները, որոնց եկամուտները կմնան նույն մակարդակի վրա: «Այստեղ հարկ է նշել, որ գույքահարկի բարձրացումն ազդելու է նաև գործարար հատվածի վրա՝ արտադրություն, խոշոր առևտրային կենտրոններ, հյուրանոցներ, ռեստորանային համալիրներ, բիզնես կենտրոններ, կրթական և առողջապահական հաստատություններ և այլն, որի արդյունքում կարող են շղթայական թանկացումներ լինել: Թանկացումների պարագայում, ամեն դեպքում, տուժելու է առավել խոցելի խավը», ընդգծեց փորձագետը:
