SOCIETYԵրեւան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում՝ դատավոր Աիդա Դավթյանի նախագահությամբ ընթանում է Սեդրակ Քոչարյանն ընդդեմ Արթուր Վանեցյանի գործով հերթկան դատակն նիստը։
Այսօրվա դատական նիստում հայցվորի ներկայացուցիչը հայտարարեց, որ պնդում է ներկայացված հայցը, իսկ պատասխանողն առարկեց հայցի դեմ։ Միաժամանակ հայտնի դարձավ, որ պատասխանող կողմը պատրաստ չէ վեճը լուծել հաշտությամբ։
Նշենք, որ ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի որդին՝ Սեդրակ Քոչարյանը, ԱԱԾ տնօրեն Արթուր Վանեցյանից պահանջում է հրապարակայնորեն հերքել նրա կողմից տարածված՝ զրպարտություն պարունակող տեղեկությունները։
Խոսքը վերաբերվում է Վանեցյանի եւ ՀՔԾ պետ Սասուն Խաչատրյանի հայտնի ասուլիսում հնչեցված այն արտահայտությանը, թե «Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը 6 միլիոն դոլար կաշառք պահանջելով՝ դարձել է «Կոնգրես» հյուրանոցի բաժնետեր»։ Ըստ հայցվոր կողմի՝ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ տնօրեն Արթուր Վանեցյանի հնչեցրած արտահայտությունները, որոնք վերաբերվում են Քոչարյանի ընտանիքին, չեն համապատասխանում իրականությանը եւ արատավորում են Սեդրակ Քոչարյանի պատիվն ու արժանապատվությունը։
