Շիրակի ոստիկանական բաժանմունքներ է բերվել 129 անձ, այդ թվում՝ «օրենքով գող». ոստիկանություն (տեսանյութ)

Արդեն շուրջ 10 օր ոստիկանության մարզերը սպասարկող ստորաբաժանումներն անցել են շուրջօրյա ուժեղացված ծառայության՝ առաջնորդվելով ոստիկանության պետ Վալերիյ Օսիպյանի հանձնարարականի պահանջներով։
Ինչպես հայտնում են ՀՀ ոստիկանությունից, նպատակը նույնն է՝ հասարակական կարգի պահպանություն, երթևեկության անվտանգություն, հանցագործությունների և իրավախախտումների կանխում ու բացահայտում։
Շիրակում ուժեղացված ծառայությունը պատշաճ իրականացնելու նպատակով կազմվել են 70 պարեկախմբեր։ Դրանցից 45-ը շրջել են մեքենաներով, 25-ը՝ հետիոտն։
Ուժեղացված ծառայությանը ներգրավվել է 364 ոստիկան՝ մարզային վարչության տարածքային բաժիններից, մարզը սպասարկող ճանապարհային ոստիկանության ստորաբաժանումից, ինչպես և պետական պահպանության գլխավոր վարչության Շիրակի մարզի բաժիններից։ Ոստիկանները գործել են օրինախախտների նկատմամբ ներողամտություն ու հանդուրժողականություն չցուցաբերելով։ Արդյունքում տարբեր կասկածանքներով, ինչպես և ոստիկանների օրինական պահանջները չկատարելու կամ դիմադրություն ցույց տալու համար Մուշի, Կումայրիի, Ախուրյանի, Ամասիայի, Աշոցքի, Անիի և Արթիկի բաժիններ բերման է ենթարկվել ու բերվել 129 անձ, այդ թվում՝ Գյումրիում ապրող, այսպես կոչված՝ «օրենքով գող», 10-ից ավելի քրեական հեղինակություն, նախկինում առանձնապես ծանր և ծանր հանցագործությունների մեղադրանքով դատապարտված անձինք։
Նրանց հետ տարվել են համապատասխան պրոֆիլակտիկ աշխատանքներ։ Ուժեղացված ծառայության շրջանակներում Շիրակի ոստիկանները ստուգել են 640-ից ավելի ավտոմեքենա և քրեական հեղինակությունների 14 բնակարան։
Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության պահպանվող հատուկ տարածքներ է տեղափոխվել 16 տրանսպորտային միջոց, որոնց վարորդներն իրենց գործողություններով վտանգել են երթևեկության մյուս մասնակիցնների կյանքն ու առողջությունը։
Նրանցից 11 վարորդ մեքենա վարելու իրավունք չի ունեցել, 2-ն էլ եղել են ալկոհոլ օգտագործած վիճակում։ ճանապարհային երթևեկության տարբեր կանոնների խախտման փաստերով կազմվել է 106 արձանագրություն։ Հասարակական անվտանգությամբ մտահոգ՝ ոստիկանության Շիրակի մարզային վարչության և ենթակա ստորաբաժանումների ծառայողները, ոստիկանության պետի հանձնարարականի համաձայն, մշտապես իրականացնելու են ուժեղացված նմանօրինակ ծառայություններ՝ հսկողության տակ պահելով բոլոր օրինախախտներին։
