Հունիսի 24-ին Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարար Ֆելիքս Ցոլակյանն ընդունեց ՀՀ-ում Արգենտինայի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Գոնսալո Ուռիոլաբեիտիային:

Հանդիպման նպատակն էր քննարկել արտակարգ իրավիճակների բնագավառում հայ-արգենտինական համագործակցության հեռանկարները:

Ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ Ֆելիքս Ցոլակյանը նշեց, որ թեև մեր երկու երկրները ունեն պատմական, քաղաքական և տնտեսական խորը առնչություններ, սակայն Հայաստանի և Արգենտինայի արտակարգ իրավիճակների կառույցները տակավին չունեն համագործակցություն:  Նա առաջարկեց ճանաչողական այցը դարձնել ապագա համագործակցության հիմք:

Նախարարը նշեց, որ աղետներ տեղի են ունենում ամենուրեք և հաճախ տարբեր երկրներում դրանք ունեն որոշակի ընդհանրություններ:

Այս առումով, Ֆելիքս Ցոլակյանը կարևորեց ուսանելի փորձի փոխանակումը:

Ի թիվս այլ հարցերի, նախարարը հիշատակեց  Հայաստանում գործող հակակարկտային կայանների ներմուծումն Արգենտինայից և նշեց, որ դրանք ունեն արդյունավետության խնդիր:

Հնարավոր ռիսկերից խուսափելու համար՝ Ֆելիքս Ցոլակյանը կարևորեց կարկտապաշտպան ցանցերի ներդրումը և գյուղատնտեսության ապահովագրությունը:

Դեսպան Գոնսալո Ուռիոլաբեիտիան համոզմունք հայտնեց արտակարգ իրավիճակների ոլորտում համագործակցության անհրաժեշտության վերաբերյալ և առաջարկեց ստեղծել աշխատանքային խումբ՝ նախանշելու համագործակցության մասնագիտական ուղղությունները և հնարավոր աղերսները:

Դեսպանն ասաց, որ Արգենտինայում կարկուտի դեմ պայքարը սկսում են երկնքում և նախարար Ցոլակյանին առաջարկեց օգտվել Արգենտինայում արտադրվող ռադարներից, որոնք կարող են ուսումնասիրել մթնորորտի վիճակը:

Հանդիպման ավարտին կողմերը պայմանավորվեցին համագործակցությունը համարել սկսված և նպատակադրվեցին այսուհետ լինել առավել գործնական:
