ՍԴ կայքի «կառուցվածք» բաժնում փոփոխություններ արվել են դեռևս մեկ տարի առաջ. Fip.am
POLITICS«Լրագրողներ հանուն ապագայի» ՀԿ նախագահ Սուրեն Դեհերյանի Ֆեյսբուքյան գրառումը՝ Սահմանադրական դատարանի կայքում «արագ-արագ» իրականացված փոփոխությունների հետ կապված չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը: Այս մասին գրել է «Փաստերի ստուգման հարթակ»-ը (FIP):
Լրատվամիջոցներում ակտիվ տարածվում է «Լրագրողներ հանուն ապագայի» ՀԿ նախագահ Սուրեն Դեհերյանի Ֆեյսբուքյան գրառումը՝ Սահմանադրական դատարանի կայքում «արագ-արագ» իրականացված փոփոխությունների՝ «ՍԴ կառուցվածքը» բաժնում «անդամներ» ենթաբաժինը «դատավորներ» անվանափոխելու վերաբերյալ։
Fip.am-ը https://web.archive.org/ կայքի միջոցով, որն արխիվացնում է կայքերի էջերը և հնարավորություն տալիս տեսնել, թե ինչ փոփոխություններ են արվել տվյալ էջում, փորձեց պարզել, թե երբ են կատարվել այդ փոփոխությունները։
Այսպես, ուսումնասիրելով 2018 թ. և 2019 թ. «ՍԴ կառուցվածքը» բաժնում արված փոփոխությունները, տեսնում ենք, որ տվյալ էջում «ՍԴ անդամներ» ենթաբաժինը «ՍԴ դատավորներ» է անվանափոխվել դեռևս 2018 թ. մայիսի 31-ին։ 2019 թ., ըստ https://web.archive.org-ի, «ՍԴ կառուցվածքը» բաժնում ընդամենը մեկ փոփոխություն է կատարվել՝ հունիսի 21-ին՝ ավելացվել են ՍԴ դատավոր ընտրված Վահե Գրիգորյանի տվյալները։
Ի դեպ, երբ մուտք ենք գործում Սահմանադրական դատարանի կայքում մեկ այլ՝ «Աշխատակազմի ղեկավար» ենթաբաժինը, այստեղ «ՍԴ դատավորներ» ենթաբաժինը դեռևս «ՍԴ անդամներ» անվամբ է ցույց տալիս։
Այսպիսով, տարածված տեղեկատվությունը՝ Սահմանադրական դատարանի կայքում «արագ-արագ» փոփոխությունների վերաբերյալ, չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը։
Հատկանշական է, որ Սուրեն Դեհերյանը մի քանի ժամ անց լրացում է կատարել իր գրառման մեջ.
«Իմ գործընկերները հավաստիացնում են, որ այս փոփոխությունը տեսել են 2018 թ. մայիսին։ Այսինքն շատ ավելի շուտ, քան իմ նշած դատան։ Չհավատալու հիմքեր չեմ տեսնում։ Բայց իմ ասած տեխնիկական խնդրի պատճառով «ՍԴ անդամ» ենթաբաժինը այսօր էլ կա, ու ես հենց այդպես եմ մտնում այդ էջ»,- գրել է Դեհերյանը։
Սակայն Դեհերյանի գրառումը տարածած լրատվականները՝ armtimes.com, kentorn.am, infocom.am և այլն, իրենց նյութերում այս լրացումը չեն ավելացրել։
