Հանրապետության նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանի ծննդյան օրվա առթիվ շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության վարչապետ Դմիտրի Մեդվեդևը։

Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ուղերձում, մասնավորապես, ասված է․

«Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության կառավարության և անձամբ իմ անունից շնորհավորում եմ Ձեզ ծննդյան օրվա առթիվ:

Կցանկանայի հատկապես ընդգծել այն ուշադրությունը, որը Դուք հատկացնում եք Ռուսաստանն ու Հայաստանը կապող՝ բարեկամական, գործընկերային և դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների զարգացմանը:

Համոզված եմ, որ առևտրատնտեսական և ներդրումային համագործակցության հետագա ամրապնդումը, էներգետիկայի, արդյունաբերության, տրանսպորտային ենթակառուցվածքների, գիտության և մշակույթի ոլորտներում համատեղ հեռանկարային նախագծերի իրականացումը և ԵԱՏՄ շրջանակում ինտեգրացիոն փոխգործակցության խորացումը լիովին համապատասխանում են երկու երկրների շահերին»:
