POLITICSԱջափնյակ վարչական շրջանի Շիրազի 20 շենքի նախկին բնակիչ Ռազմիկ Դավթյանը կառավարությունից պահանջում է իրեն վերադարձնել իր բնակարանը, որը մի խումբ մարդկանց կողմից խաբեությամբ իրենից խլել են։ Նրա խոսքով՝ իրեն խաբած անձի՝Սամվել Սամվելյանի թիկունքում կանգնած է ԱԻ նախարար Ֆելիքս Ցոլակյանը։
«Ֆելիքս Ցոլակյանը մեծ դեր է տարել։ Նա Սամվել Սամվելյանի հորեղբոր աղջկա ամուսինն է։ 2018թ–ի դեկտեմբերին մենք բարձրացանք Ֆելիքս Ցոլակյանի մոտ, ինքն ասեց հա, ես տեղյակ եմ, բայց ես կապ չունեմ»,– ասաց Դավթյանը։
Նրա խոսքով` դիմել է ԱԺ նախագահ Արարատ Միրզոյանին, որպեսզի իր հարցին լուծում տան։
«Ես դիմել եմ, որ ինձ ընդունի. Ես հիասթափված եմ, ոնց որ քարկոծեն, դրա համար ես ավանակ ճարեցի, բերեցի, որ ավանակով ակցիա անցկացնեմ, վաղը, մյուս օրը մի հատ փիղ եմ բերելու կամ կրակադիլ կբերեմ»,– ասաց Դավթյանը։
Ռազմիկ Դավթյանի քրոջ՝ Ջուլիետա Դավթյանի խոսքով՝ երկար ժամանակ ստիպված են եղել ապրել շքամուտքում, այնուհետեւ դրսում։
«Մեր ամբողջ իրերը շպրտել են փողոց։ Իմ ծնողի սարքածն է, սիրտս ուղղակի ցավում է, որ տեսնում եմ»,– ասաց Ջուլիետան։
Ռազմիկի խոսքով՝ արդեն 5 ամիս է Երևան քաղաքի Աջափնյակ վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարի շնորհիվ իրենց ժամանակավոր ապրելու տեղ են տրամադրել, բայց նա շարունակելու է պայքարել իրենից խլած բնակարանը հետ բերելու համար։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Ռազմիկ Դավթյանը ավանակ էր բերել կառավարության շենքի դիմաց՝ այդ կերպ արտահայտելով իր բողոքը: Դավթյանն իր հետ բերել էր նաև մի պաստառ, որի վրա գրված էր` «Թան խմեք, դինջացեք»։ Տարածքում ծառայություն իրականացնող ոստիկանները քաղաքացուն ներկայացրել էին ոստիկանություն, որտեղ նրա նկատմամբ «Վարչական իրավախախտումների մասին» օրենքի 113–րդ հոդվածով կազմվել է արձանագրություն, ինչից հետո նա ազատ է արձակվել։ Նշենք, որ 113–րդ հոդվածով նախատեսված է քաղաքային համայնքների տարածքում ընտանի կենդանիներ պահելու կանոնները խախտելը, որն առաջացնում է տուգանքի նշանակում` սահմանված նվազագույն աշխատավարձի հնգապատիկից մինչև տասնապատիկի չափով:
