ՀՀ դեսպանության դիվանագետներն այսօր տեսակցել են Թբիլիսիում բախումներից հետո ձերբակալված ՀՀ քաղաքացի Մինաս Մինասյանին
SOCIETYՎրաստանում ՀՀ դեսպանությունը Վրաստանում ձերբակալված ՀՀ քաղաքացու վերաբերյալ հայտարարությամբ է հանդես եկել: Դրանում, մասնավորապես, ասվում է. «Տեղեկացնում ենք, որ Վրաստանում ՀՀ դեսպանության դիվանագետներն այսօր տեսակցել են Թբիլիսիում տեղի ունեցած բախումներից հետո ձերբակալված ՀՀ քաղաքացի Մինաս Մինասյանին։
Հայտնում ենք, որ ՀՀ քաղաքացին, իր փոխանցմամբ, որևէ բողոք և խնդիր չունի ու նշում է, որ իր հետ վերաբերվում են հարգանքով։ Այսօր նրա հետ տեսակցել են նաև Վրաստանի հանրային պաշտպանի գրասենյակի ներկայացուցիչները։
Դեսպանության դիվանագետները նաև հեռախոսազանգ են կազմակերպել ձերբակալվածի և նրա հարազատների միջև և նաև ձերբակալվածների պահման վայրի ղեկավարության հետ պայմանավորվածություն են ձեռք բերել, որպեսզի հնարավորինս կարճ ժամանակամիջոցում հանդիպում կազմակերպվի նաև ձերբակալվածի և նրա ծնողի միջև։ Դեսպանությունը նաև իր իրավաբանի միջոցով բողոք է ներկայացրել դատարան, որպեսզի ՀՀ քաղաքացու կալանքի ժամկետը կրճատվի։ Գործի շրջանակներում հետագա զարգացումների վերաբերյալ դեսպանությունը կտեղեկացնի ամենասեղմ ժամկետներում»։
Հիշեցնենք, որ հունիսի 20-ին Թբիլիսիում բողոքի զանգվածային ակցիաներ էին սկսվել ՌԴ պետդումայի պատգամավոր Սերգեյ Գավրիլովի ելույթի պատճառով, որը ներկա էր եղել Վրաստանում անցկացվող Ուղղափառության միջխորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի նիստին: Նիստի մեկնարկից հետո նա նստել էր խորհրդարանի խոսնակի աթոռին և հավաքվածներին ռուսերենով ուղերձ հղել: Բողոքի ակցիայի մասնակիցները գրոհել էին խորհրդարանի շենքը: Նրանց միացել են ընդդիմությունը և պահանջում են կառավարության անդամների հրաժարականը:
Ոստիկանությունը ցուցարարների նկատմամբ արցունքաբեր գազ, ռետինե փամփուշտներ և ջրցան մեքենաներ է կիրառվել: Թբիլիսիում ծավալված բողոքի զանգվածային ցույցերի ֆոնին հրաժարական է տվել խորհրդարանի խոսնակ Իրաքլի Կոբախիձեն:
Թբիլիսիում գրանցված բախումներից հետո ձերբակալվածների թվում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացի 1995 թ. ծնված Մինաս Մինասյանը, ով սովորում է Թբիլիսիում։ Նախնական տեղեկատվությամբ Մինաս Մինասյանը ծնունդով ՀՀ Արմավիրի մարզի Արմավիր քաղաքից է։ Դատարանի որոշմամբ Մինաս Մինասյանը 13 օր կմնա կալանքի տակ։
