ԱԱԾ–ն հայտնաբերել է բանդայի անդամ ՀՀ քաղաքացու, որը 2001-ից միջազգային հետախուզման մեջ էր

ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունում ստացված օպերատիվ տվյալների իրացման արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել է դեռևս 2001 թվականից միջազգային հետախուզման մեջ գտնվող ՀՀ 56-ամյա քաղաքացին, տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ ԱԱԾ մամուլի կենտրոնը։
Դեռևս 2000 թվականի դեկտեմբերից մինչև 2001 թվականի հոկտեմբեր ամիսը ՀՀ տարածքում գործել է 9 անձից բաղկացած կայուն զինված խումբ՝ բանդա, որը պարբերաբար հարձակվելով տարադրամի փոխանակման կետերի, բենզալցակայանների և խանութների վրա, սպանության սպառնալիքով, ինչպես նաև սպանություն կատարելով՝ տարբեր չափի գումարներ է հափշտակել ու դիմել փախուստի:
Իրավապահ մարմինների կողմից ձեռնարկված գործողությունների արդյունքում բանդան վնասազերծվել է, իսկ նույն քրեական գործով կայացված դատարանի կայացրած դատավճռով 5 անձ դատապարտվել է ազատազրկման, 4-ը՝ դիմել են փախուստի, նրանցից մեկը հայտնաբերվել է 2009 թվականին, իսկ երեքի մասով գործը կասեցվել է՝ հայտարարվել է միջազգային հետախուզում:
Օրեր առաջ, ՀՀ ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցներն օպերատիվ տվյալներ էին ստացել, որ վերոնշյալ 3 անձանցից 1-ը` նախկինում մի քանի անգամ դատապարտված Տ.Խ-ն օգտագործելով այլ` հոգեկան խնդիրներ ունեցող անձի կենսորոշիչ տվյալները, կեղծել է անձնագրի լուսանկարը, հետագայում կեղծված փաստաթղթի հիման վրա ստացել ուկրաինական անձնագիր, որով ազատ ելումուտ է արել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածք:
2019 թվականի հունիսի 21-ին ՀՀ ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցների կողմից ձեռնարկված լայնածավալ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում միջազգային հետախուզման մեջ գտնվող՝ վերը նշված բանդայի անդամը հայտնաբերվել և բերման է ենթարկվել ԱԱԾ վարչական շենք:
Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի համար կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով՝ դատարանի օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
