Ինչպես հայտնում է Shamshyan.com-ը, ժամը 17:40-ի սահմաններում Աջափնյակ վարչական շրջանում գործող «Գոռ» սգո սրահի տարածքում դատարանի որոշմամբ մոր թաղման արարողությանը մասնակցող կալանավոր, 30-ամյա Մարտին Խաչատրյանը Արարատի մարզի բնակիչ Ռոբերտ Բալայանին պատկանող, թույլատրելի հատվածում կայանված Mercedes մակնիշի 35 NA 696 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենան առևանգել է և դիմել փախուստի:
Նրան սգո սրահ ուղեկցող Արդարադատության նախարարության Նուբարաշեն քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի օպերատիվ և անվտանգության բաժինների ծառայողները հետապնդել են, սակայն նա դիմել է փախուստի, չի ենթարկվել նրաց «կանգնիր» օրինական պահանջին, կոտրել է սգո սրահի երկաթե դարպասները և դուրս եկել սրահի տարածքից: Նուբարաշենի բանտի աշխատակիցները, որպես նախազգուշացում, 4 անգամ օդ են կրակել, ինչից հետո նա կրակոցների ձայնից իրար է խառնվել և բախվել սգո սրահի հարևանությամբ կայանված 2 ավտոմեքենաների՝ նույնպես վնասելով այդ ավտոմեքենաները:
Բախումից հետո նա փորձել է ոտքով դիմել փախուստի, սակայն Նուբարաշենի բանտի ծառայողները կարողացել են պրոֆեսիոնալ ձևի վնասազերծել նրան:
Փախուստի դիմած կալանավոր Մ. Խաչատրյանը նախկինում 4 անգամ եղել է դատապարտված և վերջին անգամ դատապարտվել էր կողոպուտի համար, իսկ այսօր դատարանը բարի կամք էր դրսևորել նրա նկատմամբ և թույլատրել էր, որպեսզի նա մասնակցի մոր թաղմանը:
