Տավուշում կիրականացվեն նորարարական գյուղատնտեսական նախագծեր. ստորագրվել է փոխըմբռնման հուշագիր
SOCIETYՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարի տեղակալ Վաչե Տերտերյանն այսօր ընդունել է Հայաստանում Ֆրանսիայի դեսպան Ջոնաթան Լաքոտի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը, որի կազմում էին Ֆրանսիայի Օ-Դը-Սենի նահանգի նահանգային խորհրդի փոխնախագահ Իզաբել Կոլերին, Ֆրանսիայի հայկական հիմնադրամի փոխնախագահ Միշել Պազումյանը և այլ պաշտոնատար անձինք։ Այս մասին հայտնում են նախարարության մամուլի ծառայությունից:
Նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանի և իր անունից ջերմորեն ողջունելով Օ-Դը-Սենից ժամանած պատվիրակությանը՝ փոխնախարար Տերտերյանը գոհունակություն է հայտնել միջտարածաշրջանային ու տեղական հարթությունում հայ-ֆրանսիական բավականին ընդարձակ համագործակցության մակարդակից, միաժամանակ ընդգծել, որ Տավուշի մարզում երկու երկրների փոխգործակցությամբ արձանագրված ձեռքբերումները ապակենտրոնացված ցանցային հարաբերությունների խորացման համար մեծ հեռանկարներ են խոստանում։ «Օ-Դը-Սեն նահանգի գլխավոր խորհրդի կողմից Ֆրանսիայի հայկական հիմնադրամի միջոցով Տավուշի մարզում նորարարական գյուղատնտեսական նախագծերի իրականացումը հայ իրականության մեջ իր ուրույն ձեռագիրն է թողել, որի շնորհիվ բարեկամ Ֆրանսիայի ներկայությունը Տավուշի մարզում գնալով ավելի շատ է զգացվում»,- ասել է փոխնախարարը։
Դեսպան Ջոնաթան Լաքոտն իր հերթին նկատել է, որ ՀՀ Տավուշի մարզում հայ-ֆրանսիական համատեղ ծրագիրը ամենաերկարատև և արդյունավետ ապակենտրոնացված փոխգործակցության օրինակն է։ Նա նաև նկատել է, որ պետությունների միջև ձևավորված միջտարածաշրջանային սերտ կապերն առանցքային կարևորություն ունեն Հայաստանի և Ֆրանսիայի քաղաքական երկխոսության օրակարգում։
Օ-Դը-Սենի նահանգային խորհրդի ներկայացուցիրչները ևս բարձր են գնահատել Տավուշում իրականացվող ծրագրի արդյունքները և պատրաստակամություն հայտնել ընդարձակել համագործակցությունը մարզում անասնաբուծական ֆերմաների ստեղծման և ագրոդպրոցի հիմնման ուղղություններով։
Հանդիպման ավարտին ստորագրվել է փոխըմբռնման հուշագիր Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարության և Ֆրանսիայի հայկական հիմնադրամի միջև՝ Տավուշի մարզում նորարարական գյուղատնտեսական նախագծերի իրականացման վերաբերյալ։ Փոխըմբռնման հուշագիրն ուղղված է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության մարզերի զարգացման նպատակով ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարության և Ֆրանսիայի հայկական հիմնադրամի միջև համագործակցության ամրապնդմանը և զարգացմանը՝ Տավուշի մարզում նորարարական գյուղատնտեսական նախագծերի իրականացման համար: Ծրագրի համաձայն Տավուշի մարզում նախատեսվում է ստեղծել նորարարական անասնաբուծական ֆերմաներ, իսկ մարզի Լուսաձոր համայնքում հիմնել ագրոդպրոց։
