POLITICSՈրոշ ուժեր Հայաստանում ավելի շատ են նպաստում մեր պոտենցիալի իմիջի խեղաթյուրմանը, քան հակառակորդները։ Այս մասին «Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամի Հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի ամենամյա հավաքի ընթացքում հունիսի 18-ին ասաց Հայաստանի վարչապետ, ՀԽ անդամ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ կարելի է արձանագրել, որ յուրաքանչյուր հայ հուզական կապ ունի Հիմնադրամի հետ։ «Դա կարելի է հասկանալ, եթե անցնես Ղարաբաղն ու Հայաստանը միացնող ճանապարհով, ինչպես նաեւ կառուցված դպրոցներով ու մանկապարտեզներով։ Այս ամենը ցուցադրում է այն, թե ինչ կարեւոր առաքելություն է կատարում Հիմնադրամն ավելի քան 25 տարվա գործունեության ընթացքում»,- նշել է նա։
Փաշինյանն ավելացրել է, որ նոր ժամանակներում կիրառվում են նոր մոտեցումներ Հիմնադրամի աշխատանքում, ինչի համար հարկավոր է գնահատել նաեւ գործունեության հակառակ կողմը։ «Կոնկրետ դրվագներ Հիմնադրամի գործունեության մեջ հանգեցրել են նրան, որ սկսվել է մի ինչ-որ միստիֆիկացիա։ Խոսելով հայկական պոտենցիալի մասին՝ ամբողջ աշխարհում նկատի ունեն լուրջ ազդեցությունը։ Բայց մենք պետք է գնահատենք, թե ինչ բացասական ազդեցություն է ունեցել Հիմնադրամի գործունեությունը հայկական պոտենցիալի իմիջի վրա։ Մենք ամեն տարի հավաքում ենք 15, 20, 25 միլիոն դոլար, որոնք ծախսվում են շատ կարեւոր ծրագրերի վրա, սակայն արտաքին ուժերը միլիարդավոր դոլարներ են ծախսում, որպեսզի դիմակայեն հայկական ազդեցությանը։ Կարեւոր է ոչ միայն այս կամ այն կազմակերպության գործունեությունն ինքը, այլ նաեւ այն, թե դրանք ինչ ազդեցություն են գործում հայության իմիջի վրա»,- ավելացրել է նա։
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընդգծեց, որ կարեւոր է, որպեսզի ամեն մեկն իրապես գնահատի այն, թե ինչ խնդիրներ գոյություն ունեն, այդ թվում կոռուպցիայի եւ չարաշահումների ոլորտում։ «Հարկավոր է փոխել մարդկանց ընկալումը։ Նրանք պետք է հասկանան, որ Հիմնադրամի բյուջեում ներդրում կատարելով ներդրում են անում համազգային բյուջեում, ինչպես նաեւ հարկերի վճարումը բյուջեին քաղաքացիների կողմից պետք է ընկալվի որպես ներդրում իրենց կյանքում, այլ ոչ թե կորուստ։ Պետք է փոխել փիլիսոփայությունը։ Արդյունքը պետք է ավելի տեսանելի լինի, իսկ ճանապարհը, որը կառուցվում է Հիմնադրամի միջոցով, լինի զարգացման միջոց, այլ ոչ թե պարզապես ասֆալտ»,- ասաց վարչապետը։
Նա նշել է, որ պետք է հաշվի առնել. XXI դարում մարտահրավերները դառնում են ավելի լուրջ, եւ ողջ հայության արձագանքը պետք է համապատասխան լինի։ «Նախագահները եւ կառավարություններն անցողիկ են, իսկ ժողովուրդն ու Հայրենիքը՝ հավերժ։ Մենք պետք է դառնանք մեր ժողովրդի ու մեր պետության հավերժության երաշխավորը։ Բոլոր խնդիրները պետք է լուծվեն այսօր»,- ամփոփել է նա։
Նշենք, որ Երեւանում հունիսի 18-ին ընթանում է «Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամի Հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի ամենամյա հավաքը։
