ECONOMICSԾիրանի բերքը սնկային հիվանդությունների պատճառով այս տարի մոտ 30-40 տոկոսով քիչ է։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց «Ագրարագյուղացիական միավորում» ՀԿ նախագահ Հրաչ Բերբերյանը։
«Եթե անցած տարվա այս ժամանակաշրջանն ուսումնասիրենք, ապա մոտ եռակի թանկ է այս տարի ծիրանը: Եվ դա մենք կապում ենք ոչ միայն ներքին պակասության հետ, այլ նաեւ այն բանի հետ, որ տարին մոտ 2 շաբաթ հետ է ընկել: Դրանում նաեւ անձրեւներն իրենց մեղքն ունեին եւ փոշոտումը վատ կատարվեց անձրեւների պատճառով: Հիմա էլ այս անձրեւների հետեւանքով ունենք նաեւ սնկային հիվանդություններ, որոնք կրկին վնաս են հասցրել բերքին։ Բերքը անցած տարվա համեմատ մոտ 30-40 տոկոսով նոսր է»,–նշեց նա:
Հրաչ Բերբերյանը շեշտում է՝ սնկային հիվանդությունները հնարավոր էր կանխել, եթե գյուղնախարարությունը չթերանար: «Նախարարություում բյուջեից աշխատավարձ են ստանում ու ոչինչ չեն անում։ Ոչ մի նորմալ երկիր առանց գյուղնախարարության չի մնում, իսկ մեր երկրում միավորել են»,–դժգոհում է նա։
Հրաչ Բերբերյանը նկատում է՝ սնկային հիվանդությունները ազդում են հիմնականում ծիրանի որակական հատկանիշների վրա՝ արտաքին տեսքի վրա, ինչն էլ իր հերթին կարող է բացասաբար անդրադառնալ ծիրանի արտահանման վրա. «Այսօր զրուցել ենք «Սպայկայի» ներկայացուցիչների հետ, արտահանման վերաբերյալ, իրենք խոստացել են անպայման արտահանել: Իրենք էլ ասում են, որ գինը շուկայում չի իջնում, այսինքն՝ բերքն այնքան չէ, որ գինն էլ իջնի»:
Նրա փոխանցմամբ՝ սնկային հիվանդություններն ազդում են ոչ միայն ծիրանի վրա, այլ նաեւ դեղձի, խնձորի, կեռասի բերքի վրա. «Դեղձի բերքը դեռ չկա, բայց դեղձենու տերեւների վրա արդեն սնկային հիվանդության նշանները կան»:
Ընդհանուր առմամբ, տարին, «Ագրարագյուղացիական միավորում» ՀԿ նախագահի գնահատմամբ, բերքառատ չէ. «Կարտոֆիլի ցանքատարածությունները համեմատած անցած տարիների՝ ավելի է քչացել: Կառավարությունը մտահոգվելու տեղ ունի, քանի որ կարտոֆիլը գնելու է ոչ թե 90 դրամով, այլ՝ 100-150 դրամով եւ ավելի թանկ։ Զարմանում եմ, որ պաշտպանությունից են խոսում, բայց ոչ մեկ չի մտածում, որ բանակը կարտոֆիլ էլ է ուտում»։
