Եթե դուք ձեզ վրա զգում եք բացասական ազդեցություն, ապա կարող եք դրանից ազատվել աղի օգնությամբ: Վերցրեք սովորական խոշոր աղ, դրանով շփեք ձեռքերը (թեթևակի, որպեսզի չվնասեք մաշկը) և ասացեք հետևյալ խոսքերը «Ցանկացած նեգատիվից ազատվում եմ, թուղթ ու գիրը հանում եմ իմ վրայից, չար աչքը հեռացնում եմ ինձանից: Ջուրը ամեն վատը կտանի, դեպի երջանկություն տանող նոր դռներ կբացի»:

Անհաջողությունները կարող են հաջորդել մեկը մյուսին և այդ ժամանակ սկսում ես մտածել, որ կյանքում սև գիծ է սկսվել: Խոտաբույսերով թուրմ պատրատեք, այնուհետև դրա մեջ լուծեք աղի մի քանի բյուրեղիկ, մի կում արեք, իսկ մնացած հեղուկով լվացվեք, ասելով հետևյալ խոսքերը. «Ազատվում եմ անհաջողություններից, լվանում եմ աղի արցունքները, այսուհետ չեմ լացելու, այս պահից սկսվում է հաջողակ շրջանը»...
