Ժամանակին նա կշռում էր 174 կիլոգրամ, իսկ շուտով ավելորդ քաշն անհետացավ

Շատ հաճախ մարդիկ որոշում են կտրականապես փոխել արտաքինը, իսկ որոշ ժամանակ անց անճանաչելի են դառնում: Դժվարությունները, որոնց առաջ նրանք կանգնում են, ստիպում են չարչարվել, սակայն հանձնվել ոչ մի դեպքում չի կարելի:
Հենց այդպիսի պատմություն է եղել Օսթին անունով երիտասարդի հետ: Դպրոցական տարիներին նա կշռում էր 100 կիլոգրամից ավել: Քաշի պատճառով նրան մշտապես ծաղրում էին և նեղացնում:
Այդ ամենը շատ էր ազդում տղայի հոգեկան վիճակի վրա: Շուտով նրա մոտ դեպրեսիա սկսեց, և երբ նա այլևս չէր կարողանում պայքարել իր հասցեին հնչող ծաղրանքների դեմ, սկսեց մի քանի օրով փակվել նկուղում՝ ամբողջ ժամանակն այնտեղ անցկացնելով:
Որոշ ժամանակ անց նա որոշեց կշռվել: Օսթինը վստահ էր, որ իր քաշը կազմում է 110-115 կիլոգրամ: Սակայն որքան մեծ էր նրա զարմանքը, երբ կշեռքին տեսավ 174 թիվը:
Այդ օրվանից Օսթինը հավաքեց ուժերը և սկսեց նիհարել հատուկ ծրագրով: Դրական արդյունք ստանալուց հետո, նա սկսեց մարզասրահ հաճախել: Որոշ ժամանակ անց տղային հաջողվեց գցել քաշի կեսը:
Բոլորը շոկի մեջ էին նման փոփոխություններից: Այժմ նա մշտապես աղջիկների ուշադրության կենտրոնում է գտնվում, իսկ ուրիշ երիտասարդները նրան նախանձում են:
