«Իրատես de facto» թերթը գրում է. «Պետական բյուջեի նախագիծը երբեւէ այսքան «ապաքաղաքական» մթնոլորտում չէր քննարկվել, ընդդիմությունն էլ երբեք այսքան անողոք չէր եղել երկրի, այլ ոչ թե բյուջեն ներկայացնող կառավարության ղեկավարի նկատմամբ: Պատճառն առավել քան քաղաքական է: Այս օրերին իշխանության ներկայացուցիչներն անորոշության մեջ «խարխափում» են: Սահմանադրական փոփոխություններից հետո ոչ մեկը հստակ չգիտե՝ ինչ է սպասում իրեն, որտեղ է հայտնվելու ինքը:

Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ երկրի ղեկավարը «խաղաքարտերը» դեռ ոչ մեկի առջեւ չի բացել, եւ նրա մերձավոր շրջապատը չգիտե, թե ինչ ճակատագրի է արժանանալու:

Ահա թե ինչու իշխանության ոչ մի ներկայացուցիչ չի փորձում ընդդիմության թիրախավորված հարվածներն իր վրա վերցնել: Ընդդիմությունը շռայլորեն անվանարկում է երկրի եւ ՀՀԿ-ի ղեկավարին, իսկ նրա կուսակիցները լուռ են ձկան պես: Քննադատական ելույթներից հետո ամբիոնին են մոտենում ՀՀԿ-ական պատգամավորներ, ԱԺ փոխխոսնակներն ու խոսնակը, եւ ոչ մի հակադարձում:

Ավելին, ԿԳ նախարար Արմեն Աշոտյանը, ով բյուջեի քննարկումներին միշտ քաղաքական ելույթներ է ունեցել, կսմթել ընդդիմադիրներին, այս անգամ իր ոլորտից «դուրս չեկավ»: Ստացվում է՝ համատարած անորոշության մեջ ամեն մեկը փորձում է հեռու պահել իրեն հնարավոր «վտանգներից» եւ անտեղի «չզոհել» քաղաքական կարիերան»:
