Վարչապետն աղետի գոտում հաշվառման աշխատանքների ընթացքի շուրջ խորհրդակցություն է հրավիրել
POLITICSՎարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի մոտ տեղի է ունեցել խորհրդակցություն, որի ընթացքում ներկայացվել է աղետի գոտում իրականացված հաշվառման աշխատանքների ընթացքը: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ կառավարության մամուլի ծառայությունից։
«Այսօր հավաքվել ենք, որպեսզի հասկանանք, թե ինչ վիճակում է 2018 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 7-ին Գյումրիում տրված հանձնարարականի կատարումը: Այն վերաբերում էր աղետի գոտում հաշվառում անելուն, հասկանալու՝ բնակարանային խնդիրների ծավալները, թե պետությունն ինչպիսի՞ պարտավորություններ ունի, դրանից դուրս ինչպիսի՞ իրավիճակ է, որպեսզի պարզենք, թե այս պահի դրությամբ աղետի գոտի ասելով կոնկրետ ի՞նչ ենք հասկանում, ի՞նչ ծավալների մասին է խոսքը եւ ի՞նչ պետք է անենք դրա հետ կապված, ի՞նչ ժամկետներում»,- խորհրդակցության սկզբում նշել է վարչապետը:
Քաղաքաշինության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահ Վահագն Վերմիշյանը զեկուցել է, որ 2008-2020 թվականների ծրագրով դեռեւս մնում է 557 ընտանիքի բնակարանային պայմանների բարելավման խնդիր: 2018 թվականի բյուջեով հատկացված 460 մլն դրամով բնակարանով ապահովվել է 44 ընտանիք: 2019-ին տվյալ ծրագրի շրջանակում հատկացվել է 560 մլն դրամ, որի շրջանակում կլուծվի 60 ընտանիքի խնդիր: 2020-ին նախատեսվում է լուծում տալ 453 ընտանիքի բնակարանային խնդիր: Նրանցից 280-ը գտնվում է Լոռու, 149-ը՝ Շիրակի, 24-ը՝ Արագածոտնի մարզում:
Այնուհետեւ քննարկվել են բնակարանային, վթարային շենքերի, քաղաքաշինական այլ խնդիրների լուծման, ինչպես նաեւ աղետի գոտում շինարարության ոլորտի խթանման հնարավորություններն ու տարբերակները:
Վարչապետը կարեւորել է Գյումրին, Վանաձորը եւ մյուս բնակավայրերը տնակներից ազատելու խնդիրն ու նշել, որ քաղաքները պետք է զարգանան քաղաքաշինական հատակագծերի տրամաբանությամբ: Վարչապետն ընդգծել է, որ կառավարությունը խնդիր է դնում լուծում տալ աղետի գոտու խնդրին: Միաժամանակ, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Քաղաքաշինության պետական կոմիտեին հանձնարարել հաշվի առնելով միջազգային փորձը՝ ներկայացնել հանրապետության վթարային շենքերի խնդրի լուծման տարբերակներ:
