Քոչարյանի ներկայացուցիչը հրաժարվեց հայցից, Փաշինյանի փաստաբանը հայցվորից 650.000 դրամ պահանջեց
POLITICSՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի ներկայացուցիչ, փաստաբան Հայկ Ալումյանը քիչ առաջ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի դեմ հայցից հրաժարվելու վերաբերյալ գրավոր միջնորդություն ներկայացրեց դատարանին։ Երևան քաղաքի դատարանի Քանաքեռի նստավայրում Հայկ Ալումյանը հայտարարեց, որ հայցվոր կողմն ամբողջությամբ հրաժարվում է հայցից:
Փաստաբանի միջնորդությունից հետո դատարանն անդրադարձավ դատական ծախսերի բաշխման հարցին։
Պատասխանողի ներկայացուցիչ Գևորգ Գյոզալյանը հայտարարեց, որ երեկ խորհրդակցել է իր վստահորդի՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ, և պնդում են, որ դատարանը դատական ակտում անդրադառնա նաև փաստաբանի խելամիտ վարձատրության հարցին և հոգուտ պատասխանողի՝ հայցվորից բռնագանձի 650.000 դրամ՝ փաստաբանական ծախսերի համար։ Հայցվորի ներկայացուցիչ Հայկ Ալումյանը խոսքով, սակայն, պահանջած գումարի չափը ողջամիտ չէ։
Այսպիսով՝ դատարանը գործի քննությունը համարեց ավարտված։ Գործով դատական ակտը կհրապարակվի հունիսի 24–ին։
Նշենք, որ նախորդ դատական նիստում Ալումյանը հայտարարել էր, որ եթե իրենց դատավարական հակառակորդը հայտարարի, որ այս հայտարարությամբ Փաշինյանը նկատի չի ունեցել Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին, ապա իրենք կհրաժարվեն հայցից։
Փաշինյանի ներկայացուցիչ Գյոզալյանն էլ իր վստահորդի անունից հայտարարեց, որ Փաշինյանի կողմից արված արտահայտությունները չեն վերաբերվել Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին։
Նշենք, որ ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը 2018 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 17-ին դիմել էր Երևան քաղաքի դատարան՝ հրապարակայնորեն արտահայտված զրպարտությունից պատիվը եւ արժանապատվությունը պաշտպանելու պահանջով: Հայցադիմում ներկայացնելու առիթը Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետություն կատարած աշխատանքային այցի ժամանակ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրապարակային հայտարարությունն է՝ ԱԱԾ տնօրեն Արթուր Վանեցյանի եւ ՀՔԾ պետ Սասուն Խաչատրյանի հեռախոսազրույցի վերաբերյալ: Հայցվոր կողմը զրպարտություն է համարում Փաշինյանի զրույցի հետեւյալ հատվածը. «Կամ թեկուզ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին ազատ արձակելու մեկնաբանությունը: Ասում է՝ անձեռնմխելի է: Ի՞նչ է նշանակում անձեռնմխելի: Այսինքն, կարելի է մարդկանց սպանությունը կազմակերպել ու ասել. «Ես անձեռնմխելի՞ եմ»: Այդ որտե՞ղ է այդպես գրած»:
Այս հայտարարությունը Փաշինյանն արել էր Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին անձեռնմխելիության հիմքով ազատ արձակելու Վերաքննիչ դատարանի որոշումից օրեր անց։
