Մեկը մյուսի վրա բարդելով ինձ չեն օգնում՝ առաջին կարգի հաշմանդամ եմ, ու իմ բոլոր խնդիրները մնացել են անլուծելի: Այս մասին այսօր՝ հունիսի 12-ին, NEWS.am-ին պատմեց ազատամարտիկ Հարութ Թովմասյանը:

 

«ես սենց մնացել եմ շիվար, որ գնում եմ փոշտ, փոշտալյոնները ծիծաղում են ինձ վրա, ասում են՝ մեղկ ես, հերիքա նամակներ ուղարկես իշխանություններին»,- ասաց նա։

 

 

Հարութ Թովմասյանը պատմեց, որ Արցախյան պատերազմի մասնակից է, 17 տարեկանից կամավոր կռվել է, հետո վիրավորվել է ականի պայթյունից ու շարժասայլակի հույսին մնացել: Ցմահ առաջին կարգի հաշմանդամություն ունի, ստանում է 90 հազար դրամի չափ թոշակ, որով չի կարողանում լուծել դեղերի հարցը: Ապրում է մոր հետ, Շենգավիթի հանրակացարանում.

 

«Ամեն օր ինձ մոտ մի նոր հիվանդություն է բացահայտվում: Այդ հիվանդությունների բուժման համար անհրաժեշտ է բավականին գումար, որի հնարավորությունը ես չունեմ: Իմ ստացած թոշակով ես կարողանում եմ միայն կոմունալները մուծել, եւ մի քանի դեղեր գնել: 10 տարի առաջ Պաշտպանության նախարարությունից ստացա 1 սենյականոց բնակարան, ամուսնալուծվեցի, տունս թողեցի ընտանիքիս, եւ հիմա մորս հետ ապրում եմ Շենգավիթի հանկարացարանում»,- ասաց նա՝ հավելելով, որ տունը ոչ բարվոք վիճակում է, մի քանի անգամ փրկվել են հոսանքի լարերից բռնկված հրդեհից։

 

«Շուրջ 7 տարի է, մի բանկից վերցնում մյուս բանկի բերանն եմ փակում: Ամեն ամիս վերավարկավորման գործընթացի մեջ եմ: Խանութի պարտքերը կուտակվել են այնքան, որ ողորմելիի տեղ են արդեն դնում ինձ: Ինչքա՞ն կարելի է արհամարհել, ես զարմանում եմ: Վիճակս այնպիսին է, որ ես տրանսպորտից չեմ կարողանում օգտվել, ամեն անգամ տաքսիով գնում եմ հիվանդանոց գալիս եմ, ես այլ միջոցով չեմ կարող տնից դուրս գալ. ինձ համար շատ թանկ հաճույք է: Դառել եմ ողորմելի. Էսօրվա դրությամբ երկիր եմ ազատել, հաշմանդամություն եմ ձեռք բերել, էսօրվա օրով վիզս ծռեմ ասեմ՝ ինձ պարտքով հաց կտա՞ք»,- ասաց ազատամարտիկը:

 

Նա պատմեց, որ դիմել է բազմաթիվ բարեգործական հիմնադրամների, նամակներ է գրել ՀՀ նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանին, ամեն ամիս 5-10 հատ, խրձով նամակ է ուղարկում պատկան մարմիններին. «Դիմել եմ Սոցիալական վարչություն, այդտեղից ինձ ասացին՝ դուք «Փարոսի» անդամ չեք, մենք ձեզ էլ ինչո՞վ կարող ենք օգնել: Սոցապից վերջերս ինձ ասում էին՝ կարող ենք «կրուպեղենով» օգնել: Հա, ինչքան ինձ բրինձ ու ոսպ պետք է տան: Իրականում, ոչ էլ ուղարկեցին: Սոցապ նախարարության աշխատակիցն էլ ինձ ասաց՝ գնամ Զեյթունի հատվածից վերցնեմ այդ «կրուպեղենը»: Եթե պետք է տաքսիով գնամ 5 կիլոգրամ բրինձի համար, ավելի լավ է, որ այդ տաքսու գումարով ներքեւի խանութից առնեմ էտ բրինձը»,- ասաց նա։

 

Հարութ Թովմասյանը ընդգծեց, որ իր խնդրանքն է հասարակ պայմաններ ապահովել գոյատեւելու համար. «Իմ նամակները մեկը մյուսին «պաս» տալով՝ իմ խնդրին այդպես էլ չեն անդրադառնում: Ես ուղղակի անտեսված եմ, ես գիտակցում եմ, որ իմ նման հազար մարդ կա էս երկրում, բայց մի բան պետք է հաշվի առնենք, որ եթե ես այս վիճակում եմ՝ մեղավոր չեմ, գոնե մի հույս լինի, գոյատեւեմ, ես չեմ ուզում կառավարությունից եսիմ ինչեր, ուզում եմ հասարակ պայմաններ գոյատեւելու համար»,- ասաց ազատամարտիկը:
