Դատավոր Գագիկ Հեբոյանի գործով արտագնա նիստը կկայանա Երևանում

Կաշառք ստանալու համար մեղադրվող դատավոր Գագիկ Հեբոյանի և փաստաբան Վահագն Դանիելյանի գործը կքննվի Երևանի դատարանում։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ը տեղեկացավ «Դատալեքս» դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգից: Կոտայքի մարզի դատարան գործուղված դատավոր Տաթևիկ Գրիգորյանը որոշում է կայացրել արտագնա նիստը նշանակել հունիսի 13-ին` Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի Կենտրոնի նստավայրում։

 

Նշենք, որ Կոտայքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի 4 դատավոր՝ Հովհաննես Ավագյանը, Գեղամ Մարգարյանը, Վարդան Ստեփանյանը և Գոռ Շահբազյանն ավելի վաղ Հեբոյանի վերաբերյալ գործով ինքնաբացարկ էին հայտնել` հրաժարվելով քննել իրենց գործընկերոջ վերաբերյալ գործը: Դրանից հետո Երևան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասւթյան դատարանի դատավոր Տաթևիկ Գրիգորյանը ժամանակավոր գործուղվել էր Կոտայքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան, և գործը մակագրվել է նրան:

 

Հիշեցնենք, որ Գագիկ Հեբոյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա, զբաղեցնելով Կոտայքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավորի պաշտոնը, հանդիսանալով դատական իշխանության մարմնի ղեկավար աշխատող և մշտապես իշխանության ներկայացուցչի գործառույթներ իրականացնող պաշտոնատար անձ, Բենիկ Հարությունյանի օգտին իր լիազորությունների շրջանակում գործողություն կատարելու համար 2019 թվականի մարտի 6-ին նրանից անձամբ պահանջել և 2019թ. մարտի 27-ին փաստաբանների պալատի փաստաբան Վահագն Դանիելյանի օժանդակությամբ ստացել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի կաշառք:

 

Վահագն Դանիելյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա, հանդիսանալով ՀՀ փաստաբանների պալատի փաստաբան, խոչընդոտներ վերացնելու և հանցավոր ճանապարհով ձեռք բերված միջոցները թաքցնելու եղանակով օժանդակել է Կոտայքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Գագիկ Հեբոյանի կողմից առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի կաշառք ստանալուն:
