«Երեկ ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովը փակ նիստ է արել։ Մեզ հաջողվեց պարզել, որ, ի թիվս արտաքին քաղաքականությանը վերաբերող այլ հարցերի, Արցախի շուրջ վերջերս ծավալված իրավիճակի առիթով էր այդ նիստը հրավիրվել։ Սակայն տարօրինակն այն է, որ ԼՂՀ-ից որևէ ներկայացուցիչ չի եղել, չնայած շարունակ խոսում են բանակցություններին Արցախին մասնակից դարձնելու մասին։ Մենք տեղեկացանք, որ ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը որոշ բացատրություններ է տվել Բակո Սահակյանի՝ Մոսկվայում արած հայտարարության, ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Լավրովի հայաստանյան այցի ու դրան հաջորդած՝ ռուսական «Կոմերսանտում» տարածքները հանձնելու տարբերակի քննարկման վերաբերյալ։
Նալբանդյանին հաջողվել է փափուկ բարձ դնել ներկա պատգամավորների գլխի տակ՝ վստահեցնելով, որ ոչ պատերազմական գործողություններ են սպասվում, ոչ էլ տարածքների հանձնում։ Քննարկման սկանդալը եղել է, սակայն, ՀՀԿ-ական պատգամավոր Համլետ Հարությունյանի անկեղծության պահը, որն առաջարկել է սպորտային մեթոդներով փոփոխություն կատարել ՀՀ «հավաքականում»՝ փոխել ԵԽԽՎ հայաստանյան պատվիրակության կազմը։ Երբ անդրադարձ է կատարվել ԵԽԽՎ-ում ուոլթերյան խայտառակ, հակահայկական զեկույցին, ՀՀԿ-ականը նկատել է՝ մինչև ե՞րբ պետք է մեր ձախողումները ջարդենք ուրիշների գլխին, և առաջարկել է՝ եթե պատվիրակությունը հաջողության չի հասնում, կարելի է ռոտացիա անել։ Այս առաջարկից հետո պատգամավորը երեկ ողջ օրը «ռազբորկաների» մեջ էր պատվիրակության կանանց հետ։ Ամենաշատը, բնականաբար, վիրավորվել են ԵԽԽՎ-ում ՀՀ պատվիրակության ղեկավար Հերմինե Նաղդալյանն ու անդամ Նաիրա Կարապետյանը»,–գրում է թերթը։
