Քննիչ հանձնաժողով ստեղծելը Փաշինյանի գրպանում եղած «ջոկերներից» էր. Աշոտյան
POLITICSԱպրիլյան պատերազմի քննիչ հանձնաժողովի գործունեությունը միայն վնաս է տալու երկրի բանակին, հրամանատարական կազմի հետագա հնարավոր գործողությունները կաթվածահար է անելու: Այս մասին այսօր՝ հունիսի 12-ին, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը: Նրա խոսքով՝ հանձնաժողովը պատահական սկզբունքով է ձեւավորված, ֆրակցիաները պատահական սկզբունքով տվել են իրենց ներկայացուցիչներին.
«Մասնագիտացված չեն, բոլոր փորձերը հանձնաժողովի գործունեությունը ներկայացնել որպես փորձագիտական քննադատությանը չեն դիմանում, որովհետեւ ԱԺ-ն ինքն իրենով քաղաքական մարմին է: Քաղաքական մարմնի քննիչ հանձնաժողովը չի կարող լինել փորձագիտական ի բնե: Եթե կան բացահայտելու բաներ, այսօրվա իշխանությունը ունի բոլոր լծակները՝ ԱԱԾ, ոստիկանություն, դատախազություն եւ այլն՝ բացահայտելու ապրիլյան պատերազմի ժամանակ եղած խնդիրները, առանց քննիչ հանձնաժողով ստեղծելու»,- ասաց Աշոտյանը եւ նշեց, որ հաղթած պատերազմից հետո քննիչ հանձնաժողով չեն ստեղծում:
«Ապրիլյան պատերազմը հաղթանակած պատերազմ է: Մնացած բոլոր կարծիքներն այս հարցով ինձ համար շատ մոտ են պետական դավաճանության ընկալումներին: Քննիչ հանձնաժողով ստեղծելու նպատակ է քաղաքականացնել պրոցեսը ի սկզբանե դա Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գրպանում եղած «ջոկերներից» մեկն էր, որ նա պատրաստվում էր ու խաղարկեց այդ դեպքում նաեւ Սերժ Սարգսյանի դեմ, հնարավոր զարգացումների պարագայում: Ուզո՞ւմ եք քննություն, ուզո՞ւմ եք ինչ-որ հարցեր հասկանալ, ի սեր Աստծո, ամեն ինչ ձեր տակ է, ձեզ մոտ է հասկացեք դա առանց հարցականի դնելու այն քաղաքական ձեռքբերումը որն ունեցավ հայ ժողովուրդը եւ հայ պետությունը»,- ասաց նա եւ ավելացրեց, որ գործող իշխանությունը բարեփոխումներ իրականացնելու փոխարեն՝ մեղավորներ է փնտրում և պատասխանատվությունը գցում այլոց վրա.
«Այսօր թիրախում են դատարանները, երեկ թիրախում էր Աբովյան քաղաքը, 2 օր առաջ ԵՊՀ-ն, մի քանի ամիս առաջ թիրախում էր Ազգային Ժողովը: Անվերջ այս փնտրտուքը մեղավորների, ոսոխների այլոց վրա պատասխանատվություն գցելու այդ գայթակղությունը մի օր պե՞տք է վերջանա: Էնքան գրեցիք, թողեք աշխատեն՝ թողել ենք իրենք աշխատեն, մենք թողել ենք՝ իրենք չեն աշխատում»,- ասաց Աշոտյանը:
