Բալասանյանին հեռացնելը Փաշինյանին զրկել է Արցախում հուսալի հենարան ունենալու հույսից
POLITICSԱրցախի նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանի կողմից Վիտալի Բալասանյանին անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղարի պաշտոնից ազատելու հարցը հակասական մեկնաբանությունների առիթ է դարձել հասարակական-քաղաքական շրջանակներում: Արցախի «Արդարություն» կուսակցության համանախագահ Հակոբ Հակոբյանն անդրադառնալով տեղի ունեցածին Orer.am-ին ասել էր, որ վարկածը, թե Բալասանյանն աշխատանքից ազատվել է նախագահի նախընտրական քարոզարշավի մասնակցելու համար, չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը: ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Վահրամ Բալայանն անդրադառնալով կատարվածին տեղեկացրել է, որ անակնկալ չէր լինի, եթե Բալասանյանը հրաժարական ներկայացներ, քանի որ մինչ այդ տարբեր խոսակցություններ են շրջանառվել: Մասնավորապես՝ որ աշխատանքից հեռանալու է, ցանկություն չուներ այլևս աշխատելու, բայց թե կոնկրետ որն է եղել Բ. Սահակյանի հրամանագրի դրդապատճառը, դժվարացել է ասել, քանի որ հարցը դեռ չի քննարկել կողմերից ոչ մեկի հետ:
«Արդարություն» կուսակցության համանախագահ Մարսել Պետրոսյանը Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում անդրադառնալով Վիտալի Բալասանյանին զբաղեցրած պաշտոնից ազատելու վերաբերյալ ԱՀ ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Վահրամ Բալայանի կողմից հնչեցրած տեսակետին, թե Վ. Բալասանյանը պարտավոր է հայ հանրությանը տեղյակ պահել, թե ինչու են իրեն ազատել Արցախի Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղարի պաշտոնից, նշեց, որ անկասկած նա ավելին գիտե, քան հայտնում են լրատվամիջոցները և փորձում է իր ունեցած տեղեկությունը հասանելի դարձնել նաև հանրությանը: «Պարոն Բալայանը նույն հաջողությամբ կարող էր հարց ուղղել նաև Արցախի նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանին և բացատրություն պահանջել, պարզելու համար, թե ի՞նչն է հիմք հանդիսացել Վ. Բալասանյանին պաշտոնից ազատելու համար: Չէ որ նախագահի հրամանագրում բացակայում է որևէ հիմնավորում, ինչը լուրջ կասկածների ու տարակարծությունների տեղիք է տալիս: Դեռևս 2016 թվականի ապրիլյան պատերազմից հետո, երկարատև բանակցությունների և հսկայական ջանքեր գործադրելու արդյունքում Արցախի իշխանություններին, այսինքն՝ Բակո Սահակյանին, հաջողվեց Վիտալի Բալասանյանին համոզել ստանձնել հանրապետության Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղարի պաշտոնը: Մինչ այդ այս կառույցն Արցախում, ինչպես այլևայլ մի շարք կառույցներ, որևէ հետաքրքրություն կամ կարևորություն չէր ներկայացնում իրենցից: Առանց չափազանցության, կարող ենք վստահաբար ասել, որ հենց այդ և ոչ միայն այդ հանգամանքն է նկատի առնվել, երբ Վիտալի Բալասանյանին առաջարկվել է ստանձնել այդ պաշտոնը»,- ասաց Մ. Պետրոսյանը:
«Ոչ միայն այդ հանգամանք» ասելով «Արդարություն» կուսակցության համանախագահ նկատի ունի այն, որ երեք տարի առաջ Վիտալի Բալասանյանը իր ընդիմադիր կեցվածքով լուրջ գործոն էր դարձել Արցախի իշխանությունների համար: Եվ նման առաջարկություն անելով, փաստորեն, Արցախի ղեկավարությունը փորձ է արել նաև չեզոքացնել նրան որպես ընդիմադիր ուժ:
«Փաստորեն իշխանությունների այդ հաշվարկները չարդարացրին իշխող համակարգի հույսերը, քանի որ կարճ ժամանակի ընթացքում Անվտանգության խորհուրդը վերածվեց միանգամայն լուրջ և գործուն կառույցի: Եվ, անկախ նրանից, թե Վիտալի Բալասանյանն ինչպիսի հիմնավորմամբ է ազատվել զբաղեցրած պաշտոնից, պետք է ընդգծեմ, որ այն լուրջ հարված էր մեր անվտանգությանը, և իրականում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին զրկել է Արցախում հնարավոր հուսալի հենարան ունենալու հեռանկարից»,- ասաց Մ. Պետրոսյանը:
