46 համարի երթուղու ուղևորափոխադրող ընկերությանը միայն նախազգուշացվել է, նման դեպքեր հայտնաբերելու դեպքում քաղաքապետարանն իրավունք ունի չեղարկել պայմանագիրը ուղևորափոխադրող ընկերության հետ:

 Tert.am-ի հարցին ի պատասխան ասաց Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի տեղեկատվության վարչության պետ Հովսեփ Կուբատյանը՝ պատասխանելով հարցին, թե արդյո՞ք ընկերությանը պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու հարց չի  քննարկվելու, քանի որ ըստ ոստիկանության՝ կարգազանց վարորդը չի ունեցել վարորդական իրավունքի վկայական:

«Մինչ նոր տրանսպորտային համակարգի ներդրումը Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը զերծ է մնում ուղևորափոխադրողների հետ պայմանագրերի չեղարկումից և սահմանափակվում է միայն զգուշացումներով, քանի որ նման կտրուկ քայլերը միայն կվատացնեն գործող տրանսպորտային ցանցը»,-նշեց  Հովսեփ Կուբատյանը:

 Հիշեցնենք, որ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի մամուլի քարտուղար Հակոբ Կարապետյանը տեղեկացրել էր, որ նախօրեին տարածված տեսանյութում 46 համարի երթուղու վարորդի վարքագիծը քննարկելու համար այսօր Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի տրանսպորտի վարչություն է հրավիրվել երթուղին սպասարկող ընկերության ներկայացուցիչը: Քննարկման արդյունքում որոշում է կայացվել կարգազանց վարորդին հեռացնել աշխատանքից:

Հարցին, թե արդյոք քաղաքապետարանն ուղևորափոխադրում կատարելու իրավունք տրամադրում է պատշաճ փաստաթղթերի առկայությունը և դրանց համապատասխանությունը ստուգելուց հետո միայն, Կուբատյանն ասաց,  որ ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից սահմանված մրցութային կարգի համաձայն՝ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը մրցույթում հաղթող ճանաչված կազմակերպությանը տալիս է երթուղին սպասարկելու իրավունք՝ մինչ այդ նշված կարգի պահանջներին համապատասխան փաստաթղթերը ուսումնասիրելուց և մրցույթին մասնակցելու հնարավորություն տալուց հետո:

Վերահսկողության մեխանիզմներն արդեն, ըստ նրա, պայմանագրով պետք է իրականացնի ուղևորափոխադրող ընկերությունը։ «Վերահսկողական մեխանիզմներ վերապահված են նաև ՀՀ ոստիկանությանը և տրանսպորտի տեսչությանը»,-ասաց նա։
