Վահե Էնֆիաջյան. «Իրավական գնահատականները չպետք է ուշանան»

Երբ ավարտվեցին ընտրությունները, ես ֆեյսբուքյան գրառում կատարեցի ու շնորհավորելով թեկնածուին՝ ասացի, որ Աբովյան քաղաքի բնակիչները կատարեցին իրենց ընտրությունը: Տեղի են ունեցել ազատ, թափանցիկ ընտրություններ, որտեղ արտացոլվել է քաղաքացիների կամարտահայտությունը: Անդրադառնալով Աբովյանի քաղաքապետի ընտրություններին՝ Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում նման տեսակետ հայտնեց Ազգային ժողովի փոխխոսնակ Վահե Էնֆիաջյանը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ հունիսի 9-ին կայացած Աբովյանի քաղաքապետի ընտրություններում հաղթել է գործող քաղաքապետ Վահագն Գևորգյանը՝ ստանալով 8 453 քվե, իսկ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչ Գրիգոր Գուլյանը նրան զիջել է 395 քվեով՝ ստանալով 8 058 ձայն:
Վահե Էնֆիաջյանը հատկապես կարևորում է քարոզարշավի ընթացքում տեղի ունեցած դեպքերին հստակ գնահատականներ տալու անհրաժեշտությունը:
«Քարոզարշավի ժամանակահատվածում տեղի են ունեցել գործընթացներ, որոնց վերաբերյալ իրավական գնահատականները չպետք է ուշանան: Մասնավորապես, խոսքը հայտնի այն դեպքերի մասին է, երբ հրդեհվեց ավտոմեքենա և բնակարան, իսկ բնակարանում գտնվում էին ընտանիքի անդամները, այդ թվում՝ երեխաներ:
Նշված դեպքերի բացահայտումը չափազանց կարևոր է: Ես հետևողական եմ լինելու, որպեսզի տարածքի ոստիկանապետը և իրավապահ մարմնի ներկայացուցիչները կարճ ժամանակահատվածում բացահայտեն գործի բոլոր մանրամասները, հրապարակեն դրանք:
Մեղավորներն օրենքի ամբողջ խստությամբ պետք է պատասխանատվության ենթարկվեն: Իսկ այն անձինք, որոնք պատկերացնում են, թե նման հնարքներով պետք է իրավիճակ փոխեն և կարծիք ձևավորեն, այսօր էլ հասկանում են, որ իրենց մոտ դա ոչ միայն չի ստացվել, այլև նրանք օրենքի ամբողջ խստությամբ պատասխանատվություն են կրելու:
Ուզում եմ հիշեցնել, որ այսօր ամբողջ քաղաքը տեսախցիկներով լի է: Ցանկության դեպքում կարելի է ամենակարճ ժամանակահատվածում բացահայտել գործը»,-ասաց Վ. Էնֆիաջյանը:
Նա հավելեց, որ իրավապահ մարմնի պատասխանատուներն ամենակարճ ժամանակահատվածում պարտավոր են հանդես գալ հրապարակային հայտարարություններով:
«Թե՛ ես, թե՛ Աբովյան քաղաքի բնակիչները և թե՛գործով հետաքրքրված բոլոր անձիք սպասում են այդ հայտարարություններին»,-շեշտեց մեր զրուցակիցը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ մայիսի 8-ին՝ քաղաքապետի ընտրություններից մեկ օր առաջ, Աբովյանում հրկիզվել էր «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի» քաղաքապետի թեկնածու Գրիգոր Գուլյանի նախընտրական շտաբի ղեկավար Վահան Սարիբեկյանի մեքենան և տան մի հատված։
