ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչության մարդկանց թրաֆիքինգի և թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության հանցագործությունների քննության վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով կատարված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են ամուսինների կողմից երկու և ավելի անձանց թրաֆիքինգի ենթարկելու դեպքերի հանգամանքները. վերջիններիս մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ը տեղեկանում է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից։

 

Երևանի չափահաս բնակիչը 2019թ. մայիսի 15-ին ՀՀ ոստիկանության ԿՀԴՊ գլխավոր վարչությունում հաղորդում է ներկայացրել այն մասին, որ 2018 թվականից ամուսիններն իրեն առաջարկել են Երևան քաղաքի Աբովյան փողոցում վաճառել անձեռոցիկներ, ինչից հետո, բռնություն գործադրելով և դա գործադրելու սպառնալիքով, վերցրել են այդ կերպ վաստակած ողջ գումարը և նույն եղանակով հարկադրել են մինչ 2019թ. մայիս ամիսն զբաղվել այդ աշխատանքով:

 

Նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ ամուսինները՝  ծնված 1976 և 1970թթ., Երևան քաղաքի երեք, այդ թվում՝ մուրացկանությամբ զբաղվող՝ Երևան քաղաքի երկու բնակիչների վիճակի խոցելիությունն օգտագործելով, ինչպես նաև՝ վերջիններիս առողջության համար ոչ վտանգավոր բռնություն գործադրելով և այդպիսի սպառնալիքներով նրանց ենթարկել են թրաֆիքինգի. նրանց ներգրավել են հարկադիր աշխատանքի մեջ, կազմակերպել նրանց կողմից անձեռոցիկների մանրածախ առևտուրն ու մուրացկանությունը և վերցրել այդ կերպ «վաստակած» գումարները:

 

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ 43-ամյա տղամարդուն և 49-ամյա կնոջը մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 132-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 2-րդ կետերով` վիճակի խոցելիությունն օգտագործելով, ինչպես նաև առողջության համար ոչ վտանգավոր բռնություն գործադրելով և այդպիսի սպառնալիքներով երկու և ավելի անձանց թրաֆիքինգի՝ շահագործման ենթարկելու դեպքերի համար: Ամուսինների նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել կալանավորումը:
